The 23.8m motor yacht Dilnisin was delivered to her owners in 2013 by Taka Yacht Design. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Taka Yacht Design.

Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement wood / epoxy hull and a wood superstructure she features a 6m beam and a 1.6m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 90 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Exterior Design
Launched with a strong classical influence, Dilnisin carries the character of a gentlemen’s yacht in her exterior lines. She was custom built from epoxy laminated mahogany, giving her a traditional look while keeping strength and durability at the core. Her hull is finished in a deep, polished tone that highlights the natural grain of the timber, while the white superstructure gives a crisp contrast. Long glass windows run along the saloon, bringing balance to the profile and light to the interior. The varnished rails, stainless steel fittings, and teak decks add to the sense of traditional craftsmanship.
The outdoor areas are well considered for long days at sea. A broad aft deck holds a varnished mahogany dining table seating eight, extendable to twelve for larger gatherings. Wide stairs on both sides lead down to the stern platform, where guests can sit close to the water in a pair of chairs with drinks within reach. The swim platform itself is broad and level, practical for boarding tenders and for enjoying time at the water’s edge.
Her sundeck spreads over more than 30sq/m, finished in teak underfoot. This area was extensively updated during the 2020 refit and now includes large alfresco seating, a hardtop fitted with ambient lighting and sound systems, and a full-service wet bar complete with fridge, icemaker, and twin grills. With no helm position on this level, the space is entirely devoted to guest enjoyment, leaving generous room for relaxation. The clean white lines of the hardtop frame the space without interrupting the open-air feel.
At the bow, further seating provides another vantage point for open-air cruising. The forward deck remains uncluttered, with broad teak side decks leading guests easily between bow and stern.
Interior Design
The interior continues the yacht’s classic tone, with wood panelling, neutral colours, and soft lighting creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The main salon is designed as a social hub, furnished with L-shaped seating, a central coffee table, and a retractable television paired with a full entertainment system. It is a cosy space, well suited to both quiet evenings and casual gatherings.
Forward lies the galley, carefully equipped with generous countertop space and ample storage to prepare meals for extended time on board. The design favours function but maintains the same warmth found throughout the interior.
Accommodation
Dilnisin offers accommodation for up to eight guests in four cabins, supported by a crew of up to four. The owner’s cabin occupies a prime position on the main deck, benefitting from generous storage and its own en suite bathroom. Two further cabins are configured as twins, each with en suite facilities including full-sized showers. A fourth cabin provides additional guest accommodation or can be allocated to crew if required, depending on how the yacht is run.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Scania (610) 610hp engines, motor yacht Dilnisin is capable of reaching a top speed of 19 knots, and comfortably cruises at 14 knots. With her 5,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,200 nautical miles at 14 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
