Due to be delivered in 2028, Unica 45M/ 02 is a 45m motor yacht built by Italian shipyard ISA Yachts. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Enrico Gobbi, while ISA Yachts is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 8.6m beam and a 2.3m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 430 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the second yacht built on the Unica 45M Steel design.
Exterior Design
Unica 45M/02 is a steel-hulled, aluminium-superstructured displacement yacht designed by Enrico Gobbi, whose approach favours clean, balanced lines and a silhouette that tapers gracefully at both bow and stern. The yacht’s exterior has been carefully shaped for visual flow, accentuated at night by a lighting scheme that traces the hull and superstructure.
A key feature outdoors is the three-tiered stern, which steps down towards the water to create a multi-level beach area. Here you’ll find a swimming pool, a dedicated sunbathing zone, and an open infinity cockpit, separated from the sea by a glass balustrade that keeps the views wide open. The upper deck forward has a substantial sunbathing and social space, and the 16-metre (52.5ft) fly deck is all about versatility, offering dual sunpads, a lounge with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a dining table, and a bar counter - all designed for day-to-night relaxation and entertaining.
Interior Design
Inside, the Unica 45M/02 has been laid out with both comfort and adaptability in mind. The main saloon features large side windows, flooding the space with daylight and making the most of the yacht’s views. The main deck also hosts a formal dining area, with space for up to 12 guests at the table. A second dining area is positioned outdoors on the upper deck, ideal for more relaxed meals and gatherings.
Flexibility comes in the form of a convertible space on the starboard side of the main deck, which can be configured either as an office or as a sixth guest cabin, depending on owner preferences. Throughout the interior, the palette and finishes are designed to promote a calm, elegant ambiance.
Relaxation areas are set out on both the main and upper decks, offering multiple options for guests to unwind. The bridge, which is located on the upper deck, sits adjacent to the captain’s private cabin for quick access and efficiency.
Accommodation
The accommodation on board Unica 45M/02 is designed to be generous and practical. The owner’s suite, positioned on the main deck, includes its own private lounge, a large walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with double sinks. Floor-to-ceiling side windows ensure the suite is always bright and inviting.
Below deck, four double guest cabins are arranged to maximise privacy and comfort. Three are VIP cabins with double beds, each with its own en-suite, while the fourth is a twin cabin for additional guests, also complete with a private bathroom. If needed, the convertible space on the main deck offers the option of a sixth cabin, bringing further flexibility to the layout.
Crew accommodation is thoughtfully separated from guest areas for privacy. Nine crew are housed below deck in four double cabins, with the captain’s cabin located adjacent to the bridge for direct oversight and swift movement between operational spaces.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C32) 1,301hp engines, motor yacht Unica 45M/ 02 is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 14 knots. With her 60,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,000 nautical miles at an economic speed of 10 knots.
