The project, known as YN 21350, represents the inaugural build of the Heesen 50m Steel FDHF Yacht with delivery scheduled for early 2028.
Construction of the hull began at Talsma, Heesen’s long-term partner for steel fabrication, before the completed structure was transported through the Dutch waterways to Oss. There, engineering teams installed the main engines ahead of the superstructure joining.

The exterior and interior design on the yacht for sale is entrusted to Harrison Eidsgaard, continuing the British studio’s collaboration with Heesen. The profile translates the sporty aesthetic of the yard’s aluminum yachts into steel, with sharp lines, low bulwarks, and expansive full-height windows. Harrison Eidsgaard has also developed the interior scheme, with a layout shaped to optimize guest living areas while maintaining efficient crew circulation.
Among the defining lifestyle elements on board the motor yacht for sale is an infinity pool and a large, fixed swim platform designed to connect guests directly to the sea.

The interior arrangement will allow for both formal and relaxed use of space, with natural light drawn deep into the yacht by the floor-to-ceiling glazing.

  Technical and Performance Profile
At 50 metres in length and 499 GT, the superyacht for sale is designed on Heesen’s Fast Displacement Hull Form (FDHF) platform. The hull form supports a top speed of 15.5 knots and has been prepared for optional hybrid propulsion, underlining Heesen’s move to expand efficiency-focused technology across its fleet.
For the first time on a Heesen yacht, propulsion will be provided by twin MAN D2862LE438 IMO Tier III engines, each delivering 882 kW.

  Statements From the Yard
Peter van der Zanden, Heesen’s Head of Design & Development, noted that the new series provided the opportunity to refine propulsion choices: “The MAN D2862LE438 was the clear choice, offering a power and efficiency profile that is perfectly calibrated for Project Grace’s performance targets.”
