The 29.8m motor yacht She Got The House was delivered to her owners in 2009 by British shipyard Sunseeker. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Sunseeker, while Don Shead Yacht Design is responsible for her naval architecture.
Design & Construction
Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 6.9m beam and a 2.2m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 113 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the first yacht built on the 30 Metre Yacht design. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.
Accommodation
She Got The House offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 5 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 2000 M93) 2,435hp engines, motor yacht She Got The House is capable of reaching a top speed of 28 knots, and comfortably cruises at 21 knots. With her 14,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,000 nautical miles at 22 knots. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
