Built by Dutch shipyard Feadship and delivered in 2016, Graycliffs forms part of Feadship's Lagoon Series and underwent a refit in 2025. De Voogt was responsible for her exterior design and naval architecture, while Bannenberg & Rowell created her interiors. Built entirely in aluminium, the 262GT yacht features a semi-displacement hull.
The superyacht features an interior that is light and understated, pairing pale timber with neutral upholstery and softly textured finishes. The full-beam main saloon benefits from extensive glazing and ceilings reaching approximately 2.5 metres, creating a strong sense of volume, while the lounge and forward dining area are arranged without physical partitions. Wide sliding doors towards the aft deck further strengthen the connection between the interior and exterior spaces.
Graycliffs has a clean, architectural profile defined by long bands of dark glazing, a vertical bow and strong horizontal lines, while her shallow draft was conceived to provide access to smaller ports, anchorages and cruising grounds. The aft deck is arranged for dining and relaxed seating, with steps descending to a teak swim platform, while the sundeck doubles as a flybridge and open-air terrace with flexible freestanding furniture. The yacht originated from an owner's request for full Feadship build quality within strict length and draft parameters, a concept that developed into the Lagoon Series alongside sisterships including Avatar and Kamino.
Accommodation onboard the motor yacht is provided for up to eight guests across four lower-deck cabins, comprising an owner's cabin, VIP, double and twin, with separate quarters for six crew in three cabins. The owner's cabin is positioned longitudinally and features large rectangular hull windows, an off-centre bed, built-in desk and dressing area, while the VIP offers generous proportions and can serve as an alternative principal guest cabin.
Twin MTU 16V 2000 M93 diesel engines, each producing 1,800hp, give Graycliffs a top speed of 20 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots. At 12 knots, the yacht has a range of 3,000 nautical miles from her 25,000-litre fuel tanks, while at-anchor and underway stabilisers are fitted for additional comfort.
Graycliffs was sold with Feadship Resale and Edmiston representing the seller and Hannah Wolstenholme representing the buyer, at a last known asking price of $15,000,000.
