About
Accommodation
The exact layout and finish of the Motopanfilo are very much open to the Owner’s desires, however, we would almost implore you to look at the interior we saw at the Cannes Yacht show. The salon is allowed to breathe, with space around free-standing furniture, massive windows and soft, organic curves everywhere. The organic style is taken a step further with the skeleton of a whale used as the inspiration for its architecturally ribbed design across the main deck, massive glass sections lining the salon.
Forward, in the main deck Owner’s stateroom, the same calm, eco-luxury feel continues, as does the ribbed design, inlaid with natural timbers. The layout pushes the ensuite forward, into the bows, leaving full-beam space for the cabin and its study, lounge and walk-in wardrobe. Below decks, the standard layout sees two doubles and two twin cabins, with variations on this to suit your cruising style. Crew quarters are found forward, accessed from stairs off the main deck galley.
The upper deck or skylounge is a more private retreat, with superb views and a private aft deck creating the inside/outside flow of luxury and space. Forward is the bridge, with guest seating and an expanse of screens for the Captain, who also has a dedicated cabin and study aft of the helm.
On Deck
The Benetti is technically a tri-deck, but one that includes a neat fourth deck in the form of a very useable and fun observation deck, with seats and tall, safe, glass screens. Up in the heavens you are amongst the yachts radar and sat comms.
The Benetti deck design is then more traditional with a broad open main deck leading to a huge upper deck with dining forward and an open lounge aft. The sun deck, unusually has a steering position and hardtop, the latter creating the observation deck above.
At sea level, the Benetti offers a fun fold-out terrace with a clam-like awning that offers some privacy and shade.
Amenities & Tenders
The tender garage runs across the beam, a real superyacht feature with the tender launching from the side of the Benetti, so as not to disturb guests at the stern.
Performance & Capabilities
The Motopanfilo is powered by twin 1400hp or 1650hp MAN V12 engines, the larger engines delivering around 18knots, but this semi-displacement yacht definitely leans more towards displacement, cruising at 10-12knots with a range of up to 3,800nm, helped by a massive the 35,000l (7,699gal) fuel capacity.
From The Manufacturer
The new Benetti Motopanfilo may be unashamedly modern in its design, but its roots are firmly anchored in times gone by, in an era brimming with creativity and vitality. It was the 1960s when Benetti launched the Motopanfilo, a yacht that rapidly became a much-coveted must-have among socialites, royalty and prominent personalities from the worlds of business and entertainment.
