Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 6.78m beam and a 2.43m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 165 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Exterior Design
Lady Eileen II is a 29.56m (97ft) New Ocean raised pilothouse motor yacht, built in 2007 with a fibreglass hull and a substantial 165GT volume. Her profile is clean and purposeful, with a long foredeck, wide side decks and a true raised pilothouse that gives the yacht a steady cruising look rather than a fashion-led shape.
The beam of 6.86m (22.6ft) gives useful deck width, while the draft of 1.7m (5.7ft) keeps her practical for shallower cruising areas. The side profile uses long, dark-tinted main deck glazing, lower hull portlights and a red boot stripe, so the yacht keeps a classic white motoryacht look with enough contrast to avoid feeling plain.
A sheltered aft deck sits close to the saloon and works as the main outdoor dining area, while steps lead down to the bathing platform, which has had new 12mm Burmese teak fitted to the platform and steps. Up top, the flybridge is one of the strongest exterior spaces, with a jacuzzi, seating, open deck space and a tender stowed aft under crane access.
The build was carried out under Bureau Veritas supervision and survey, and the structure includes two layers of Kevlar for added strength. That is a useful point here, as Lady Eileen II was clearly built for private cruising and long-term use.
Interior Design
The interior is detailed and traditional, with high-gloss woodwork, lacquered finishes and polished surfaces used across the saloon, dining area and cabins. Salvagni Architetti handled the interior design, and the result is formal in feel, with a lot of built-in furniture, soft ceiling panels and warm joinery rather than the sparse look found on newer yachts.
The main saloon has high-gloss furniture, tinted windows, recessed soffit lighting and a bar with a Norcold refrigerator, Raritan ice maker, glass storage and bottle storage. Forward, the dining area seats eight and is supported by separate air-conditioning for the saloon and dining areas, as well as a dumb waiter from the saloon bar to the flybridge. The galley is arranged for proper service, with marble flooring and stainless steel strips, granite worktops, a Blanco sink, KitchenAid cooking equipment, GE microwave, Sub-Zero professional glass-door fridge/freezer, dishwasher, trash compactor, wine refrigerator and warming drawer.

Lady Eileen II offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 double cabins and 1 twin cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 4 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
