Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 11.2m beam and a 3.1m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 1,334 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Construction started in late 2022. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in May 2025 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was completed at Benetti's Livorno yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in August 2025.

Exterior Design

Lady Estey is the second yacht in Benetti's B.Now 67M series after Hull #1 Iryna, although extensive owner customisation makes her markedly different from her sistership. Designed by RWD around the B.Now philosophy of stronger connections between interior and exterior spaces, she builds on the Oasis Deck concept while introducing a number of owner-driven changes that reshape how the yacht is used.

The overall profile remains clean and understated, with long horizontal glazing, gently stepped decks and flowing sheer lines that avoid the heavy appearance often associated with steel yachts of this size. Large areas of dark glass visually reduce the height of the superstructure, while the elongated aft sections draw attention towards the Oasis Deck rather than the bridge or mast. The design has clear automotive influences, but RWD avoids exaggerated styling in favour of balanced proportions that should age well.

The Oasis Deck remains the defining feature. Unlike a conventional enclosed transom, the stern opens into a broad sea-level terrace centred around a six-metre infinity pool. Fold-down side terraces widen the deck at anchor, while the arrangement of the sunpads, seating and pool creates a social space that stays closely connected to the water. The threshold between the main saloon and aft deck is completely flush, allowing the saloon to open into a single indoor-outdoor living area when the four sliding glass doors are retracted.

Lady Estey also demonstrates how much flexibility Benetti allows within the B.Now platform. The owners commissioned a shallow reflecting pool with a waterfall feature on the forward owner's terrace, creating a quieter alternative to the larger Oasis pool aft. A second spa pool sits on the hidden observation deck at the base of the mast, while the upper aft deck becomes an entirely private outdoor lounge and dining space. Importantly, there is no external staircase linking this terrace with the guest decks below, preserving its exclusivity.

Further bespoke details continue throughout the exterior. Recessed glass caprails were specified by the owner to improve the visual flow of the yacht, while deckhead finishes and teak planking were selected to mirror the interior flooring in both colour and plank width, helping the interior and exterior read as a single design rather than separate environments.

Lady Estey features a trio of custom-designed pools, each positioned for a unique experience.

Interior Design

Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design departed completely from the original B.Now interior proposal after discussions with the owner. The initial concept centred on pale woods, soft colours and a beach-house atmosphere, but Lady Estey instead embraces a rich interpretation of 1920s Art Deco, combining dramatic contrasts with carefully crafted detailing throughout the yacht.

Macassar, ziricote, ebony, sycamore and wenge are paired with Bianco Lasa and Nero Marquina marbles, polished lacquer and stainless-steel inlays. Rather than relying on decorative motifs alone, the design uses repeating materials, proportions and detailing to create continuity throughout the yacht. The same treatment extends into guest cabins, companionways and exterior spaces, so each area feels connected without becoming repetitive.

The main saloon centres on a grand piano and opens directly onto the Oasis Deck through full-height sliding glass doors. Throughout the interior, technical systems have been carefully concealed within the joinery. Air-conditioning outlets, fan coils and other engineering elements are recessed into the architecture rather than left visible, allowing the focus to remain on the craftsmanship and material palette.

The guest staircase acts as one of the yacht's defining architectural features. Finished in Calacatta stone with a bespoke glass balustrade, it provides a lighter central spine that contrasts with the darker finishes used throughout the guest accommodation. The owners also incorporated dedicated alcoves for sculpture and artwork, giving the circulation spaces the character of a private gallery rather than simple passageways.

Accommodation

Lady Estey accommodates up to 14 guests across one owner's suite and six guest cabins, with accommodation for a captain and 16 additional crew in nine crew cabins.

The layout deliberately separates owner and guest spaces by deck. The entire upper deck belongs to the owner, combining a forward-facing suite with lounge area, private office and dressing spaces. A full-beam private saloon occupies the aft section, while the owner's exclusive aft terrace remains inaccessible from the decks below. Forward, a large private terrace incorporates the custom reflecting pool and waterfall, giving the owner two entirely separate outdoor areas.

Guest accommodation occupies the forward section of the main deck and the lower deck. Four of the guest cabins can convert between twin and double arrangements, providing greater flexibility for family cruising or charter use. Large hull windows bring generous natural light into the lower accommodation, while the owners also requested a wider guest corridor. The passageway was widened by 10cm to allow potential future wheelchair access, although it also gives the lower deck a noticeably more spacious feel.

A rectangular lift connects the guest decks, improving accessibility throughout the yacht.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3512E DITA) 1,810hp engines, motor yacht Lady Estey is capable of reaching a top speed of 16 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 110,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,500 nautical miles at 12 knots.

Leisure & Entertainment

The Oasis Deck serves as the main social hub, with the enlarged six-metre infinity pool forming its centrepiece. Fold-down terraces expand the usable deck area at anchor, while large sunpads and multiple seating groups encourage guests to remain close to the water.

The bridge deck provides the principal outdoor dining space beneath the overhang, with generous lounge seating aft. Above, the hidden observation deck offers one of the yacht's most private areas, centred around the owner's custom spa pool with uninterrupted panoramic views.

Wellness

Rather than retaining the standard adventure room found on other B.Now yachts, Lady Estey replaces this area with a comprehensive wellness centre aft of the engine room.

The space includes a fully equipped gym, treatment room, massage room, beauty salon with nail bar, sauna and a separate hammam finished in Cristallo Blue quartzite. According to Benetti, the area became so large during the design process that the team marked out its dimensions on the floor of a meeting room to help the owners visualise its scale before construction began.

Wellness also extends onto the exterior. Three separate pools provide distinctly different experiences: the six-metre infinity pool on the Oasis Deck for family and guests, the shallow reflecting pool with waterfall on the owner's foredeck, and the secluded spa pool on the observation deck. Together they give Lady Estey an unusually varied approach to outdoor living, with each pool serving a different part of the yacht rather than repeating the same function
