Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 12.4m beam and a 3.3m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 1,880 GT (Gross Tonnes).

The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in March 2023 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in January 2024.

Exterior Design

The exterior of the 72.26-metre Njoy was shaped through a close collaboration between CRN and Andrea Vallicelli of Vallicelli Design. Her sleek white hull and matching superstructure are complemented by dark glazing and teak elements, giving the yacht a refined and cohesive appearance. The design leans into fluid lines and deliberate detailing, with soft curves and considered proportions visible across all six decks.

A raked bow leads to a relatively compact foredeck bordered by high coamings, while the lower deck is equipped with square portholes and features a full-height side opening for easy access to the beach club and tender boarding area. The exterior layout is thoughtfully arranged with wide walkways connecting spacious outdoor areas across each level. Rounded aft decks provide a smooth visual flow between levels and include shaded spaces under gently overhanging structures.

Notable design features include the full-height vertical glazing, which brings natural light deep into the interior, and side balconies set forward on the bridge deck. A subtle overhang from the deck above adds a finishing touch to this area. Above, the radar mast - finished in black carbon - crowns the yacht atop the arch, while the sun deck presents an elevated space for open-air relaxation and panoramic views.

The overall look is understated yet elegant, with metal grill details at structural junctions and a foredeck strake that flows seamlessly into the main deck, adding both functionality and visual interest.

From hull to radar arch, Njoy maintains a clear, confident design language.

Interior Design

Inside, the layout and styling of Njoy were developed by Nuvolari Lenard in partnership with the CRN team, resulting in a fully tailored interior concept that prioritises comfort, privacy, and spaciousness. Every part of the yacht's interior has been configured around the needs of the owner and their guests, delivering a refined onboard atmosphere that favours flowing spaces and clean lines.

The interiors carry the same calm and structured aesthetic found in the exterior. Large, full-height windows soften the yacht’s substantial dimensions and contribute to the sense of openness throughout. Each of the six decks is laid out to enhance the experience of life on board, with generous shared spaces and a consistent focus on comfort and discretion.

Design decisions were guided by a clear intent to pair form and function, creating an environment where visual simplicity and practical use go hand in hand. Whether moving through the saloons or private quarters, the experience is one of quiet sophistication and purposeful design.

Accommodation

Njoy accommodates up to 12 guests in six spacious suites, all arranged to maximise comfort and privacy. Guest accommodation is arranged across the yacht's expansive decks, with attention paid to circulation and views. The owner’s areas have been conceived as a private retreat, integrated into the overall layout to ensure both seclusion and ease of movement.

The yacht also carries up to 19 crew members, with dedicated quarters designed to maintain a high standard of service while keeping operations discreet. Crew circulation is carefully planned, ensuring smooth transitions between service and guest areas across the vessel.

On Njoy, full-height glazing makes light part of the interior architecture.
