Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 13.6m beam and a 4.1m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 2,985 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Construction started in early 2022. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in May 2025 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in September 2025.

Exterior Design

Pi has one of the cleanest profiles in the modern Feadship fleet. Designed by Jarkko Jämsén, the yacht combines a near-vertical bow, knife-like entry and long, tapering stern into a shape that feels more architectural than aggressive. The hull sides stay notably uncluttered, with small circular portholes grouped low in the hull while long horizontal glazing bands stretch across the guest decks above.

From above, the proportions become even clearer. Pi is unusually slender for her length, with broad uninterrupted teak decks wrapping around a narrow, elegant superstructure. The foredeck is vast and almost completely open, furnished only with loose loungers and hidden storage hatches for tenders and toys. The bow itself has an exceptionally fine entry, reportedly narrowing to just 35mm at the stem.

The glazing plays a major role in the yacht’s appearance. Floor-to-ceiling windows run from the main deck upward, with the mullions hidden externally so the glass reads almost as one continuous dark ribbon beneath the white deck overhangs. The curved glazing softens the stacked decks and gives the yacht a flowing appearance despite her size. According to the designers, the glass also carries a subtle two-way curvature that helps stabilise reflections of the horizon while at sea.

Aft, Pi becomes more layered and social. The stern cascades down through several terraces connected by broad central staircases, ending at a large beach club platform close to the water. The beach club links directly to the main deck aft through a swimming pool with a transparent base, visually tying the levels together. Fold-down hull sections widen the waterside area further, creating additional lounge space and boarding access on either side.

The aft decks also show how carefully the yacht balances scale and intimacy. Shade sails soften many of the upper lounging areas, while curved deck overhangs create sheltered outdoor spaces instead of leaving the yacht feeling overly exposed. Higher up, the sundeck carries a more private atmosphere with a small bar tucked beneath the mast structure.

Pi also carries an unusually large tender inventory. Side-opening garages house a limousine tender and beach lander, while additional tenders and jet skis are stored beneath concealed foredeck hatches.

Accommodation

Pi accommodates up to 14 guests in 7 suites.

The interior, created by Liaigre, was designed to feel more like a calm private residence than a conventional superyacht. Natural woods, neutral tones and carefully chosen vintage furniture shape the atmosphere, while decorative elements remain restrained throughout.

Large expanses of glazing bring substantial natural light into the guest spaces, reinforcing the open, domestic feel requested by the owner. Vintage pieces and artwork were selected individually to give the yacht a more personal character rather than a highly polished showroom finish.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by 3 x diesel Caterpillar (C32B) 1,928hp engines, motor yacht Pi is capable of reaching a top speed of 18 knots, and comfortably cruises at 16 knots. With her 263,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 5,500 nautical miles.
