Design & Construction
Designed around a full displacement steel hull and a GRP superstructure she features a 7.92m beam and a 2.59m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 299 GT (Gross Tonnes).
The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. She was completed at Numarine's Gebze yard in Turkey where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in July 2025.
Exterior Design
The Numarine 32XP Ray presents a strong, purposeful exterior designed by Can Yalman in collaboration with naval architect Umberto Tagliavini. The yacht’s lines are softened by large panes of glazing that wrap around the main deck and bring natural light deep into the interior.
Accessed via a port-side passerelle or dual staircases aft, the main cockpit is laid out for sociable afternoons and alfresco dining, seating eight at a central table with additional sun loungers just behind. A wet bar equipped with fridge, icemaker and sink sits to port. Lighting is layered and well-considered, with step lights, under-table fixtures and two zones of 24V DC LED lights creating gentle illumination after dark. Four German Maestro Marine speakers connect to the main saloon system, keeping the atmosphere lively.
Up top, the expansive flybridge is fitted with a dining table for twelve, shaded by a multi-section canvas bimini extending from the roll bar to the aft deck. Aft of this is a relaxed lounging area. The starboard-side wet bar features a BBQ, fridge, sink and icemaker, while a dumb waiter brings meals up directly from the galley. On the port side, additional storage makes the space flexible and self-sufficient for entertaining. Four low-mounted German Maestro speakers bring in sound from the saloon system.
The flybridge also hosts the upper helm, flanked by a pair of navigator seats. All key navigation gear is mounted on the overhead arch, leaving the deck uncluttered.
Below, the foredeck doubles as a lounging area. Twin sunpads stretch forward from a relaxed seating space with a folding table, while an extra perch right in the bow offers uninterrupted sea views. This area is also set up for music, with two German Maestro speakers, plus subtle lighting and floodlights for working the gear when required.
Aft on the upper deck, the owner’s terrace doubles as a tender and toy storage zone but can quickly convert into a vast open-air space for games or lounging. Measuring 50m², it’s rigged with a 2,500kg crane and fitted with floodlights, accent lighting, and two speakers linked to the owner's suite entertainment system. A 3m electric bimini extends over the breakfast nook for shade as needed.
At water level, the beach club sits behind the transom door, which folds down to form a swim platform. Inside, a teak-lined lounge with white furnishings wraps to port with a matching coffee table, while to starboard there's a bar with fridge and icemaker. A swim shower sits on deck and a full shower, changing room, and separate toilet are tucked inside. Air conditioning is rated to 36,000 BTU, with vents arranged to create a refreshing air curtain at the entrance. Music here runs through German Maestro speakers connected to the saloon system.
From the beach club, watertight doors lead to the laundry area (with separate washer/dryer) on the starboard side and the technical space for AC systems to port.
Interior Design
The saloon flows from the main cockpit through large sliding glass doors, where a generous U-shaped sofa occupies the port side, anchored by a coffee table. Opposite, a free-standing lounge chair and angled TV round out the entertainment setup. Full-height windows line both sides, with openable sections and blinds providing light control and privacy.
Further in, the dining space is centred around a limed oak table set athwartships for eight guests. An illuminated ceiling feature and marble wall panels frame the area, with built-in cabinetry for serviceware to both sides. Air conditioning here is rated at 84,000 BTU, with fan coils ducted discreetly through the decorative overhead woodwork.
The galley is forward on the port side, accessible from both the saloon and side deck, with a separate crew access. Laid out in an L-shape, it features a dedicated prep area and ample storage. Three Siemens full-height fridges and a wine cooler are positioned opposite a narrow worktop. The main section includes a 5-ring Siemens hob, oven/microwave combo, twin-bowl sink, and dishwasher. Overhead storage and a full-size coffee machine complete the setup. A dumb waiter links the galley to both the flybridge and the owner’s suite.
The lower deck lobby connects to the guest cabins and central bilge tunnel. A minibar, guest linen storage and electrical panels are discreetly housed here.
Moving up to the main lobby, a sculptural staircase links all levels. From here, guests can reach the day head, gym, main deck master suite, upper deck, and lower guest cabins. The gym is enclosed in glass with privacy blinds, facing the sea through a full-height hull window. There's space for two machines, a wall-mounted TV, and direct access to the starboard side deck. Air conditioning here is set to 18,000 BTU.
At the very top, the fully glazed wheelhouse offers exceptional forward visibility. The helm itself is laid out for long-range cruising, with ergonomic access to all key systems. A small crew galley and day head sit to port, while a raised crew observation bench is installed against the aft bulkhead. Doors on either side provide access to the walkaround decks.
Accommodation
Accommodation is arranged across six cabins for up to 12 guests, with additional quarters for up to five crew.
The forward-facing main deck owner's suite spans the full beam and features a King-size bed flanked by either a walk-in dressing area and ensuite or two individual bathrooms. A desk and vanity sit portside against full-length windows, with wardrobe storage aft. A 55” TV sits above a central minibar and safe on the aft wall, with a second wardrobe and lounge space to starboard.
Positioned aft on the upper deck, the full-beam VIP suite offers a blend of privacy and connection with the outdoors. A Super King bed faces aft towards full-height sliding glass doors, opening onto the upper deck. On entry from the upper lobby, there’s a walk-through wardrobe and storage area with a minibar, fitted safe, and access to the dumb waiter. The ensuite is fitted with his-and-hers sinks, a marble-clad rain shower, and a combined bidet toilet. Lighting is again discreet, with backlit mirrors and LED fixtures.
Two further VIP guest cabins are positioned aft on the lower deck, mirror-imaged port and starboard. Each features a forward-facing Queen bed, full ensuite, and ample storage. A make-up desk sits on the forward bulkhead with a 42” TV and BOSE Solo 5 soundbar mounted above. Lighting is layered with LED strips, bedside accents, and 230V feature lights. Climate control is via 18,000 BTU air conditioning units. Forward of the VIP cabins, two twin guest suites mirror each other. Twin single beds sit athwartships with a shared bedside table, wardrobe, and 42” TV with soundbar.
Crew quarters are accessed from the galley, arranged with a captain’s cabin and two bunk cabins, each ensuite. A shared crew mess includes a seating area, fridge, combo microwave, and two full-height Siemens freezers.
