Known internally as Project R15, the program ran from September 2025 until July 2026 and concluded with Mirabella's redelivery on July 15. According to Reviva, the project was one of the largest scopes it has undertaken within a single winter period, covering paintwork, electrical systems, joinery, structural modifications and major changes to the yacht's exterior guest areas.
Originally delivered by Trinity Yachts in 2004, Mirabella entered the Tuzla facility following her sale in 2025, when she had been asking $12.4 million.
Project R15 Reaches Completion After Eight-and-a-Half Months
Mirabella spent a full winter in dry dock during the refit, with work extending across most major areas of the yacht. Reviva stripped the hull and superstructure back before applying a complete Awlgrip paint system under controlled conditions. Teak decking was also removed and replaced across the main deck aft and swim platform.
The yacht's electrical and electronic infrastructure received substantial renewal. Audio-visual equipment and bridge electronics formed part of the work, while the lighting package was extensively revised.
Interior lighting was reworked, deck and step lights were replaced throughout, and nine underwater lights were installed. New illuminated vessel lettering was also added to both sides of the yacht and the aft door, while new logo signage was fitted to port and starboard on the sundeck. The project required several disciplines to operate within the same construction schedule, with Reviva describing sequencing and delivery control as central to completing the work within the committed timeframe.
Sundeck and Main Deck Aft Receive Major Changes
Some of the most visible work took place across Mirabella's exterior living areas. On the sundeck, the motor yacht's existing crane was completely removed. The remaining deck penetrations were closed, sealed and finished flush before a new bespoke Jacuzzi was installed.
New structural support pillars and tent covers were fabricated for the bow and aft sections, while a motorized television lift was added. Exterior seating was also renewed as part of wider changes carried out across every deck.
The main deck aft underwent a substantial redesign. Existing seating and cabinetry were removed before a new wooden-epoxy composite seating structure was fabricated and installed. A second motorized television lift was fitted within the area.
Structural Work Reshapes the Swim Platform
Project R15 also involved significant structural and marine engineering. The swim platform was reconfigured around an integrated transformer, requiring revisions to the transom structure and the construction of a dedicated watertight chamber. New railings were installed around the revised platform.
Elsewhere, the existing main deck sliding door and window assembly was removed and replaced with a new automatic system manufactured in 316L stainless steel. The installation was subsequently tested for weathertightness. Main deck side glazing was removed and replaced to its original thickness specification, while the yacht also received a new certified anchor chain.
Reviva additionally redesigned and fabricated new flush-fit shark-style ventilation grilles, integrating them into the superstructure.
Mirabella's Interior Retains Its Original Scott Carpenter Character
Mirabella's original interior was designed by Scott Carpenter, and the 2026 refit focused on renewing its materials and finishes without removing its established character.
Affected veneers were taken back to bare wood before being sanded and refinished in a walnut-chocolate tone. Upholstery was replaced throughout, while furniture in guest and owner areas was either refreshed or replaced. New marble flooring was installed in selected interior spaces, and the galley underwent a complete renewal.
Ceiling panels on the main deck and bridge deck aft were also replaced, using Fastmount concealed fixing systems to simplify access while maintaining a clean finish. Reviva's latest specification lists accommodation for 11 guests across five staterooms, supported by quarters for nine crew. Powered by twin Caterpillar 3512B engines producing 2,250hp each, she cruises at 12 knots, reaches 18 knots, and has a range of around 3,500 nautical miles.

Previously known as Chevy Toy, Janie, Cocktails and Alessandra, Mirabella was sold in 2025 as part of Denison Yachting’s strong brokerage year, contributing to its YachtBuyer Brokerage Company of the Year 2025 award.
Mirabella Joins Reviva's Recent Major Projects
According to YachtBuyer MarketWatch, the largest yacht database in the world, Mirabella's completion follows several other large-scale projects undertaken by Reviva Refit at Mengi Yay's Tuzla facility. Among them is the 40m Bering B121, also known as Familia, which returned to the water in April 2026 after a six-month rebuild. That project included a two-meter hull extension, a new tender garage, revised petrol storage and structural changes across several areas of the yacht.
Reviva has also worked on the 60m Trinity expedition yacht Grand Rusalina under Project R11.4. Her latest maintenance period covered machinery servicing, classification work, a hull repaint and the renewal of selected interior and exterior soft furnishings.
