Announced at the 2026 Palm Beach International Boat Show and presented by YachtBuyer Founder & CEO Kevin Bodington, the awards draw on YachtBuyer’s verified global sales data via YachtBuyer MarketWatch. One category measures performance across total sales value, whilst the other focuses on transaction volume. Together, they capture both scale and consistency at a company level.
YachtBuyer Brokerage Company of the Year Awards: Tracking the Firms Driving the Superyacht Market
The YachtBuyer Brokerage Company of the Year Awards 2025 recognize the firms driving activity across the global superyacht sales market. While individual brokers sit at the center of each deal, these awards shift the focus to the companies behind them - the teams, infrastructure, and global networks that support transactions at scale. They provide a clear, data-backed view of which brokerage houses are delivering results across the market.
In contrast to traditional industry recognition, these awards are based entirely on verified transaction data tracked through YachtBuyer MarketWatch, the largest and most comprehensive yacht database in the world. This ensures that performance is measured on completed detals rather than listings, marketing reach, or perception. Two categories are recognized: highest total sales value and greatest number of transactions, each reflecting a different way a brokerage firm can lead the market.
This approach mirrors how performance is assessed in other high-value sectors, where firms are measured by tangible output rather than visibility alone. By applying this standard to yachting, YachtBuyer brings greater clarity to a market that has historically lacked consistent, comparable benchmarks at company level.
Great brokerage firms are built on more than just deals - they’re built on teams, culture and the ability to consistently deliver for clients at every level.

YachtBuyer founder and CEO Kevin Bodington said the awards are designed to recognise the broader effort behind consistent company performance. “Great brokerage firms are built on more than just deals - they’re built on teams, culture and the ability to consistently deliver for clients at every level. These awards are the first to formally recognise that at a global scale, and will become something the leading firms in this industry strive to achieve.”
The strength of the awards lies in the data behind them. Built on more than 15 years of market tracking and a fully verified global fleet database, YachtBuyer MarketWatch provides a clean and accurate view of real brokerage activity. By recognizing the companies behind these transactions, the awards highlight the firms shaping the market and help buyers identify those operating at the highest level.
YachtBuyer Brokerage Company of the Year 2025 by Sale Volume (24m+)
This award identifies the brokerage company that completed the highest number of confirmed yacht sales over 24 meters during 2025. The results are drawn exclusively from YachtBuyer MarketWatch, with every transaction verified to ensure it reflects a genuine deal rather than a listing or advertised opportunity. The data includes activity across both new build and pre-owned motor yachts, covering deals where company brokers acted for either buyer or seller.
The focus here is on collective performance. It measures how effectively a brokerage firm can maintain steady deal flow across its wider team, rather than relying on isolated high-profile transactions. The outcome reflects the strength of a company’s structure, its ability to coordinate across multiple markets, and its capacity to deliver consistent results throughout the year.
WINNER: Denison Yachting
Denison Yachting secures the YachtBuyer Brokerage Company of the Year 2025 by Sales Volume title with a total of 62 verified transactions across yachts over 24 meters, in a closely contested field that includes Fraser Yachts and IYC. The result reflects consistent deal flow across the year, rather than reliance on a small number of high-value transactions.
This award is a big deal for Denison and we’re thrilled to honour the men and women who made this happen. They are responsible for taking care of clients consistently for decades, and for them to be recognised is a thrill for all of us.

The company was involved in several larger, high-profile transactions during the year, including the 55.5 metre (182ft) Moon Sand (now Shenoa) from Lürssen, where it acted as buying broker. Its deal list also included the 50 metre (164ft) GIGI (now Second Love) by Westport Yachts, the 49 metre (161ft) Mirabella, and the 41 metre (135ft) new-build Project Obsidian Blade at Aegean Yacht.
More broadly, Denison was active across a wide range of builders, including Moonen, Sunseeker and Mangusta, reflecting the breadth of brands and market segments covered by its team.

The Denison name traces back to Broward Marine, the historic Fort Lauderdale yard founded by Frank Denison, before evolving through Denison Marine into Denison Yacht Sales. Under Bob Denison’s leadership, the company has grown into a major brokerage operation with a clear focus on scale and long-term presence - something he credits to the team behind the results.
Reflecting on the award, Denison said: “This award is a big deal for Denison and we’re thrilled to honour the men and women who made this happen. They are responsible for taking care of clients consistently for decades, and for them to be recognised is a thrill for all of us. Big thanks to YachtBuyer for taking the lead in creating a meaningful area of recognition in our great industry. Long overdue."
YachtBuyer Brokerage Company of the Year 2025 by Sale Value (24m+)
This award recognises the brokerage firm generating the highest total value of confirmed yacht sales over 24 metres in 2025. The ranking is based entirely on YachtBuyer MarketWatch data, with every transaction verified to reflect completed deals rather than advertised listings. It includes both new-build and pre-owned yachts, covering transactions where company brokers acted for either buyers or sellers.
Rather than measuring activity by volume, this category focuses on value at scale. It highlights firms operating at the upper end of the market, where transactions are fewer but significantly larger, often involving complex negotiations, longer timelines and a limited pool of qualified buyers. The results reflect a company’s ability to secure high-value mandates and deliver in the most competitive segment of global yacht brokerage.
WINNER: Edmiston Yachts
Edmiston leads the market by total sales value, with €2.96bn across 43 transactions in 2025. While firms such as Fraser Yachts and IYC completed a higher number of deals, Edmiston’s activity was concentrated at the very top end of the market, reflected in the highest average yacht length at 57.06 metres and an average asking price approaching €69 million.
This performance was underpinned by a series of high-value transactions at the very top end of the market. The sale of the 119 metre Breakthrough from Feadship stands as one of the most significant deals of the year, both in scale and technical importance, given its hydrogen fuel-cell system, with Edmiston representing both buyer and seller.
Alongside this, the 115 metre Ahpo by Lürssen, with a last known asking price of €340mn, reinforced Edmiston’s presence in the ultra-prime segment. Further transactions, including the 105 metre H3 and the 90 metre DreamBoat (now Shodan) - both Oceanco builds - highlight a clear pattern: repeated involvement in deals above the 90 metre threshold, where buyer pools are limited and transactions require deep market access.
A combination of teamwork and strategy enabled us to consistently perform at the very highest level. This award acknowledges that success.

Beyond these flagship sales, Edmiston also maintained momentum across new build opportunities and forward-order projects. The 76m Feadship 825 (now Les Cinq) and the 73m Project Primo from Admiral point to continued activity in the next generation of large yacht deliveries, ensuring presence across both brokerage and new construction pipelines.

Founded by Nicholas Edmiston and now led by Jamie Edmiston, the company has long operated at the centre of the megayacht market across brokerage, charter, management and new-build advisory. The data points to a business focused less on volume and more on transaction weight, with multiple deals at the very top end defining its year - a result the leadership attributes to internal alignment.
This performance is also evident at an individual level, with Edmiston broker Alex Busher named YachtBuyer Broker of Year 2025 by Sales Value, underlining the firm’s strength at the top end of the market.
Reflecting on the result, CEO Jamie Edmiston said: “The year 2025 was a standout year for Edmiston. A combination of teamwork and strategy enabled us to consistently perform at the very highest level. This award acknowledges that success. I would like to thank every member of the Edmiston team for their hard work and commitment, and I also thank Kevin for the recognition.”
