Lazzara LPC 300 Catamaran Wins Motor Yacht Under 25 Metres Award at The International Yacht & Aviation Awards 2026

The Lazzara LPC 300 has won for the Motor Yacht Under 25 Metres Award at the International Yacht & Aviation Awards 2026, recognising the innovative power catamaran's patented full-beam lower deck design and superyacht-inspired living spaces.

Built by Lazzara Yachts, the 21-metre Lazzara LPC 300 is a luxury power catamaran featuring both exterior and interior design by the builder's in-house Lazzara Yachts Design Studio.

A patented platform that changes catamaran design

The award-winning motor yacht introduces what Lazzara describes as the world's first patented full-beam lower deck arrangement for a power catamaran. By seamlessly connecting the twin hulls through a flat-deck architecture, the design creates interior volumes more commonly associated with significantly larger superyachts. The yacht's 8.9-metre beam delivers approximately 300 square metres of living space, giving the 21-metre platform a footprint that rivals many yachts closer to 30 metres in length. This engineering solution allows for a full-beam owner's suite and expansive guest accommodation while preserving the efficiency and stability advantages traditionally associated with catamaran platforms, qualities that helped secure its Motor Yacht Under 25 Metres title at the International Yacht & Aviation Awards 2026. Aquaholic reviewed the LPC 300, taking a closer look at the patented full-beam lower deck arrangement and the design innovations that set the model apart within the luxury catamaran market.

A private beach club becomes the centrepiece

One of the yacht's most distinctive features is its full-beam beach club, which spans the entire aft section of the lower deck. Designed as a private waterfront retreat, the space incorporates multiple sea access points, oversized sunpads and flexible freestanding furniture that can be arranged for lounging, dining or fitness activities. A hydraulic passerelle doubles as a swim platform access point, while a tender lift system allows a tender to be stored and launched directly from the stern. Above, the flybridge offers a hot tub, circular dining table, an outdoor galley and generous lounging areas with panoramic views, reinforcing the yacht's resort-style atmosphere. Large four-metre-wide sliding glass doors create a seamless connection between the beach club and main saloon.

Full-beam accommodation delivers superyacht comfort

The LPC 300's interior takes full advantage of the boat's patented layout, creating a level of volume rarely found in the sub-25-metre market. Floor-to-ceiling glazing floods the main saloon with natural light, while the full-beam owner's suite stretches across the yacht's entire 8.9-metre width. Located aft, the suite features a private fold-down balcony, direct access to the beach club and an ensuite finished with twin basins and a rainfall shower. Four identical guest cabins are positioned forward, ensuring every guest enjoys comparable accommodation.

Efficient propulsion paired with innovative engineering

Power comes from twin Volvo Penta IPS 1350 engines, providing a cruising speed of 16 knots, a top speed of 21 knots and a range of approximately 400 nautical miles. Constructed using E-glass and epoxy resin, the yacht has been engineered to balance structural strength with weight efficiency. Further innovation comes from Lazzara's patented integrated sea chest system, which eliminates the need for traditional through-hull fittings, helping improve reliability, reduce maintenance requirements and support long-term operational efficiency.
