The Manhattan 56 is built in Britain by Sunseeker making full use of their in-house design team's expertise. The 17.21m/56'6" flybridge boat constructed in GRP can sleep up to six guests across three cabins. Available with only one option for inboard engines.

Production of the first generation Sunseeker 56 started in 2000 and ran for over 4 years. The second and latest generation Sunseeker Manhattan 56 was announced in 2025 and saw its World Debut at Boot Düsseldorf the following year.
