The 31.4m open yacht Mina II was delivered to her owners in 1998 by Italian shipyard Mangusta. Her exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Stefano Righini, while Andrea Bacigalupo is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction

Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 6.6m beam and a 1.75m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 140 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the seventh yacht built on the Mangusta 105 design.

Accommodation

Mina II offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 double cabins and 1 twin cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 4 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by 1 x gas turbine Textron Lycoming (TF-40) 4,600hp engines, motor yacht Mina II is capable of reaching a top speed of 46 knots, and comfortably cruises at 40 knots. With her 15,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 400 nautical miles at 40 knots. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.

Special Features

Her unique engine configuration sets her apart from the other Mangusta 105's in the range: as well as the two standard MTU diesel engines, she has a Lycoming gas turbine linked to a central booster. Together they generate 7,700hp to give her a top speed of 46 knots.
