Design & Construction

Designed around a fast displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 29'7" beam and a 7'7" draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 499 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Exterior Design

The Mangusta Gransport 54 carries the unmistakable Mangusta DNA in its low-slung, muscular silhouette. Designed by Alberto Mancini, the yacht’s bold exterior lines are sculpted around an aluminium superstructure, with a sharply raked windscreen and recessed foredeck lounge giving it the impression of speed, even at rest.

Up at the bow, a central staircase from the starboard side deck provides direct access to one of the yacht’s defining spaces. This extended foredeck houses a generous hot tub, designed to fill quickly with either fresh or salt water. Saltwater fill times are impressively fast at around 20 minutes, making the tub a practical indulgence during shorter anchorage stops.

Socially, this area is equally effective. Deep, wraparound seating stretches across the bow, offering forward and aft views and the option to shade the space when desired. Clever details enhance its appeal, including a skylight set into the base of the hot tub that filters natural light down to the owner’s ensuite below. Cushions lining the tub’s edge invite guests to dip their feet in the water, even if they’re not ready for a full soak.

The view from the bow also offers a dramatic perspective of the wheelhouse architecture, with the helm positioned inside a distinctive glasshouse that echoes the brand’s signature styling. Beneath this deck, the tender garage is neatly integrated forward in the hull.  

Moving aft, the main cockpit offers a spacious and adaptable setting for dining or lounging. The upper aft deck is another highlight, connected directly to the upper lounge inside. This elevated terrace is more exposed than the decks below, with just a slim spoiler overhang for built-in coverage. The layout here includes a full wet bar to starboard with fridge, ice maker, and bar stools. Generous seating makes it a natural spot for relaxed evenings or post-dinner drinks, with direct access back down to the main deck via a central staircase.

At the stern, the beach club has been designed as a proper living space rather than just a tender garage extension. When the clamshell transom door folds down, it forms a wide, teak-decked swim platform with a sturdy swim ladder featuring integrated handrails and teak steps. An overhead rain-style shower folds down from the superstructure, providing a full wash-off station that feels built-in rather than improvised.

What sets this space apart are the drop-down terraces built into both sides of the stern. These operate independently and are engineered with a gentle articulation in “float mode,” which allows them to move slightly with the water, avoiding the abrupt clunks and squeaks of traditional folding platforms.
