The 29.8m motor yacht Ragazza was delivered to her owners in 2004 by Italian shipyard Azimut. The yacht's elegant exterior design is by Stefano Righini, while her interiors are the work of Carlo Galeazzi.

This was the thirty-sixth yacht built on the Azimut 100 Jumbo design.
