The 24m motor yacht Stella Mar was delivered to her owners in 1997 by Italian shipyard Azimut. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Stefano Righini.

Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 5.9m beam and a 1.74m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 106 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the forty-fourth yacht built on the Azimut 78 Ultra design.
