TICKETTI BOO
38' 1" | Jeanneau | Prestige 36
The Prestige 36 was significant because it was the first flybridge model in the Prestige range, introduced in 2000. Its success effectively launched Prestige as a premium motor yacht brand rather than simply a Jeanneau model line, paving the way for later models such as the Prestige 42, 46, 50 and 60.
The Prestige 36 is considered one of Garroni's most successful compact flybridge designs because it achieved several difficult design goals simultaneously:
- A genuine two-cabin, four-berth layout in a 36-foot hull.
- An unusually large flybridge for the boat's length.
- Wide side decks and safe access forward.
- Excellent visibility from both helms.
- A hull that rides comfortably in a chop while remaining economical with the Volvo D4 engines.
Even today, it still compares very favourably with many newer 36â38ft flybridge cruisers, which is one reason well-presented examples continue to hold their value well.
Ticketti Boo has been maintained to a very high standard under the supervision of her long-term owners, and presents in apparantly very good condition. You will have to go a long way to find a better example, with low engine hours for her year.
