Following an appearance at the Monaco Yacht Show, the three-cabin ICONA motor yacht will head to Genoa for the first time, giving visitors another opportunity to see the new model on the water.
Lobanov design shapes the ICONA 70
Exterior and interior design and naval architecture for the ICONA 70 are credited to Overmarine Group and Lobanov Design. Built with a sandwich composite hull and composite superstructure, the yacht carries a 6.2m beam, creating the proportions that underpin its interior and exterior spaces.
The exterior design has already received industry recognition, with the ICONA 70 winning Best Exterior Design in the 19.5-24m category at the World Yachts Trophies 2026.
Award-winning exterior centres on the aft deck
At the stern, the motor yacht features two fold-down wings that extend the yacht's width beyond 9m, creating an aft waterside area of around 40 square metres. A transformer staircase lowers towards the sea, while a concealed side bay can carry a jet tender of approximately 3.45m.
Glazing brings light into the interior
The upper saloon places facing sofas and a dining table behind the helm, with wide side windows and overhead glazing bringing in natural light. Steps lead down to a galley and dining area with up to 2.85m of headroom. Pale timber, textured cabinetry and integrated lighting give the interior a contemporary finish.
Accommodation for six guests
The yacht accommodates six guests across a full-beam owner's cabin, a VIP cabin and a twin cabin, with separate accommodation for one crew member. The guest cabins have a quoted headroom of 2.10m. The owner's cabin features pale timber finishes and soft upholstery, with a bathroom that includes a glass-enclosed shower.
Up to 36 knots with Volvo Penta power
The standard package uses three 800hp Volvo Penta D13 engines, with a quoted top speed of around 30 knots and a cruising speed of 25 knots. An optional installation of three 1,000hp engines raises the quoted top speed to 36 knots and cruising speed to around 30 knots. The sportsboat has a maximum range of 300 nautical miles at 30 knots.
