As the eighth hull in the successful Baglietto DOM 133 series, this 41m motor yacht marks the fourth launch of the year for the Italian shipyard and continues Baglietto’s strong production momentum heading into mid-2025.
Andala carries the defining characteristics of the DOM 133 series while embracing a high level of customization requested by the owner. Designed with a focus on strong lines, volume, and family cruising, the yacht was styled externally by Stefano Vafiadis and fitted out internally by Giorgio M. Cassetta, both long-time collaborators with Baglietto.
Key features include floor-to-ceiling windows, side balconies, and two pools – one positioned at the bow and the other at the stern. The exterior profile maintains the angular, assertive styling associated with the series, while the interior design was developed in close collaboration with the owners to reflect their personal taste and priorities.

The owners of the superyacht highlighted the close-knit, family-style working relationship that defined the build process, saying, “All your businesses are essentially family businesses, and this is the secret why this DOM is so special.”
The project was managed by IBI Yachts, who represented the client throughout the process. Floating Life took on the role of technical owner’s representative, overseeing the build and acting as the primary liaison on-site. Fabio Ermetto acknowledged the efforts of both, specifically thanking IBI Yachts President Mauro Caslini for his commitment to maintaining the owner’s vision.

On board, the motor yacht Andala can host up to 10 guests across five staterooms. The crew area comprises five cabins accommodating a total of nine crew members, supporting smooth operations and guest service.
Built in aluminum with a displacement hull, Andala is equipped with twin Caterpillar engines, delivering a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 15 knots. While Baglietto has not released additional range or fuel capacity details, this setup is consistent with the performance profile of her sisterships.
Baglietto's Busy Year Continues
Baglietto is moving through 2025 at a strong pace. The DOM 133 series remains a strong contributor to this activity, with multiple units either recently delivered or nearing completion - but it’s not the only line drawing attention.
The Baglietto T52, a 53m superyacht and the entry point into the TLine range, has gained recognition for its integration of sleek styling and impressive volume. Designed to accommodate 12 guests across five cabins and up to nine crew, the T52 delivers over 16 knots at top speed and features generous exterior living spaces, technical flexibility, and a strong architectural identity. It has also picked up multiple awards, including wins at the World Superyacht Awards 2024 and World Yachts Trophies 2023 for layout and design excellence.

Meanwhile, the Baglietto T54 is a newer 54m evolution, developed for delivery from 2027 onward. Though larger, it remains under the 500GT threshold, allowing it to offer expansive interior volume without stepping into a higher regulatory bracket. The yacht’s three-tiered aft layout includes a beach club with direct spa access, a central lounge surrounding an infinity pool, and a 150-square-meter sun deck. The master suite features a private veranda, while an additional guest cabin on the upper deck increases flexibility.

The first Baglietto T54 is on the market with Baglietto and is currently asking €35,000,000.
Both models reflect Baglietto’s focus on functionality, style, and customization within manageable tonnage. The T54 in particular introduces a more refined technical layout in the main saloon and hybrid propulsion as an option, pointing to the yard’s broader shift toward environmental and operational efficiency.
With Andala now on the water and both the DOM and TLine series gaining traction, Baglietto heads into the second half of 2025 with a solid pipeline and a growing fleet of highly individualized yachts.
