The Astor 38 OTB, Astor 38 PISTA and Astor 68 will make their public debuts during the show from September 8-13, while the existing Astor 58 will also be on display. Together, the four boats give visitors the opportunity to see how quickly Bellini's Astor range has expanded across the dayboat and weekender market.
Astor 38 OTB: Bellini Moves Into Outboards
Perhaps the most commercially significant of Bellini's Cannes launches is the Astor 38 OTB, the company's first outboard-powered model.
At 11.89m overall with a 3.9m beam, the OTB takes the Astor 38 platform in a different direction by replacing the inboard arrangement with twin Mercury Verado V10 outboards. Bellini lists 1,000 liters of fuel capacity, up from 700 liters aboard the smaller Astor 36, while draft at the propellers is 0.85m.
The result is an Astor aimed at buyers who value the servicing accessibility, performance and straightforward operation associated with modern high-output outboards. Importantly, the propulsion change has not forced Bellini to abandon one of the boat's main deck features. The aft section retains its opening sundeck arrangement, preserving a large waterside area despite the engines occupying the transom.
Below deck are two cabins and one bathroom, while the boat is rated for up to 12 people. Bellini has kept the same 3.9m maximum beam as the Astor 36, but the OTB is longer overall and carries significantly more fuel.
Astor 68: Bellini's New 21.4m Flagship
At the other end of Bellini's display, the Astor 68 represents a far larger proposition. At 21.4m, the new flagship yacht takes the walkaround principles used on Bellini's smaller yachts and applies them to substantially greater deck space. Its defining area is aft, where more than 37 square meters of beach space sits less than one meter above the water. The terraced arrangement forms a large waterside social area, with the salon and forward spaces positioned at a higher level.
For someone considering the Astor range, the 68 changes the ownership proposition considerably. Where the 38 models remain closely associated with dayboating and short stays aboard, the flagship has the scale for owners seeking larger entertaining areas and significantly more space around the water.
The first Astor 68 was sold before its official public presentation, giving Bellini an early commercial endorsement ahead of Cannes. The model was initially introduced through a digital campaign with artist Andrés Reisinger, although Reisinger's role concerned the presentation of the motor yacht rather than its naval or industrial design.
Astor 38 PISTA: A One-Off With Motorsport Roots
Sitting alongside the production-focused OTB will be something far more individual. The Astor 38 PISTA began as a bespoke project commissioned by Italian racing driver Francesco Castellacci and ultimately provided the starting point for the production Astor 38.
Castellacci, who has competed extensively in GT and endurance racing and won the 2011 FIA GT3 European Championship, asked Bellini for a boat that brought elements of his motorsport background onto the water. The result uses a silver and red metallic finish linked to his Ferrari LMGT3 Evo, along with carbon-fiber details, customized seating, a red-centered steering wheel and a Giallo Modena windshield frame.
Elements developed through the one-off also fed into the production Astor 38, including its more driver-focused cockpit and hull configuration intended for stability at higher speeds. The series boat then introduces a more conventional brief for private ownership, including an aft twin cabin and greater emphasis on family use.
Visitors unable to make Cannes will also have another opportunity to see the production Astor 38, with Bellini confirming it will appear at the Southampton International Boat Show 2026 later in September.
Other World Premieres to See at Cannes Yachting Festival 2026
Buyers shopping around the Astor 38 end of the market will have several other new boats worth visiting at Cannes. The 13.2m Virtue V14 HT is larger than the Astor 38 OTB and offers accommodation for four across two cabins. Its enclosed hardtop concept gives it a different character, with greater protection likely to appeal to owners expecting longer seasons or more varied weather. It will also make its world debut at Cannes.
At 10.84m, the new Aquila 35 Sport is shorter but considerably wider at 4.49m thanks to its power-catamaran platform. It sacrifices the Astor's two-cabin arrangement for a single private queen cabin, but the broader deck creates four distinct social zones and unusually generous usable space for its length.
Performance-focused buyers should also inspect the 13.8m Technohull Alpha 45. With up to four 500hp Mercury Racing outboards and a claimed top speed of 85 knots, it sits much further toward the high-performance end of the category. Accommodation is limited to one cabin for two, making the Alpha a stronger proposition for owners prioritizing speed and offshore ability over overnight capacity.
