The new-generation 10.77-meter (35ft 4in) flybridge motor yacht will make its public debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival from 8-13 September 2026, succeeding the original Delphia 11 Flylounge produced between 2023 and 2026.
New Delphia 11 Targets Coastal Cruising
The revised model develops the established Delphia 11 Flylounge rather than introducing an entirely new boat. The new flybridge yacht retains the proportions and slow-cruising character of the previous generation but widens its intended operating range beyond canals, rivers and sheltered coastal waters.
A new Yanmar 4LV250 diesel engine provides a maximum output of 250hp, giving the yacht a claimed top speed of 14 knots under mid-load conditions. The additional power is intended to provide greater control in coastal tides, cross-currents and strong river flows, where a more immediate response can become important.
For prospective owners, the change is less about sustained high-speed cruising and more about having additional performance available when conditions demand it. Faster acceleration and greater reserve power should help when entering tidal harbors, maintaining control in moving water or docking against wind and current.
The 14-knot maximum also gives owners more freedom when planning itineraries. The yacht can cover exposed sections or reach a destination more quickly when required, while retaining an efficient displacement cruising speed for longer passages.
What Range Can the 250hp Delphia 11 Flylounge Deliver?
At its optimum cruising speed of eight knots, the Yanmar engine is claimed to consume nine liters of fuel per hour. Delphia calculates that this provides up to 350 nautical miles of range with the standard fuel tank. An optional extended tank increases the projected range to more than 450 nautical miles. That additional capacity could be valuable for buyers planning longer coastal itineraries, remote cruising or routes where fuel stops are less frequent.
The difference between the flybridge boat's eight-knot cruising speed and 14-knot maximum gives owners two distinct operating profiles. Longer passages can be completed at the more economical speed, while the higher output remains available for tidal windows, changing weather or shorter journeys.
As with any manufacturer performance figure, actual consumption and range will depend on loading, sea state, hull condition and throttle use. Delphia states that the maximum-speed figure was recorded under mid-load conditions. All propulsion options use a shaft-drive installation. Its relatively straightforward engineering and predictable low-speed response should suit owners who prioritize long-term reliability and manageable maintenance.
Quieter Powertrain for Longer Periods Underway
Delphia also claims that the revised powertrain significantly reduces onboard noise compared with the previous configuration, although comparative decibel figures have not been published. A quieter installation could make a practical difference on longer passages. The Delphia 11 Flylounge places its interior helm, salon and galley within the same main-deck living area, making engine noise and vibration particularly noticeable during extended periods underway.
Lower sound levels should make conversation easier and reduce disturbance for guests using the salon or cabins. The change also supports the motor yacht’s established focus on slower, more relaxed cruising, despite the increase in maximum power.

The Delphia 11 Sedan is the stronger choice for owners expecting frequent poor-weather cruising, low bridges or year-round use. Its enclosed wheelhouse, single-level living area, eight integrated solar panels and layouts with one, two or three cabins support couples and families planning longer stays aboard.
The updated Delphia 11 FlyLounge adds an upper helm, sunpads and a separate outdoor social area, while the new 250hp Yanmar engine provides greater reserve power for tides, currents and coastal passages. Accommodation options range from one cabin and one bathroom to three cabins and two bathrooms.
Both versions measure 10.77 meters with a 3.85-meter beam, leaving weather protection, air draft and cruising area as the main considerations.
