Sialia 45 Sport Yacht set to Make World Debut at Cannes Yachting Festival 2025

The Sialia 45 Sport, an all-electric carbon fiber sportsboat, will make its official world debut at the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival.

The Sialia model is the smallest in the builder’s 45 range and recently won Robb Report’s 2025 Electric Boat award for its performance-focused approach to sustainable yachting.

The 45 Sport’s exterior emphasizes simplicity and functionality, with a wide cockpit and flexible deck layout that can host up to 12 passengers. The open arrangement of the sports boat is designed for easy handling and socializing, making the yacht suitable for day trips or weekend excursions. Built from a combination of glass and carbon, the structure offers both strength and lightness to enhance performance.

What Makes the Sialia 45 Sport Stand Out in the 45-Foot Yacht Segment

The Sialia 45 Sport is positioned as an accessible entry point into electric yachting, offering speed and range that rivals conventionally powered sportsboats in its class. As interest in sustainable performance yachts grows, Sialia’s approach highlights the potential of electric propulsion in the luxury day boat sector. The debut at Cannes will showcase the model to an international audience as the shipyard looks to expand its presence in the European and U.S. markets.

At 18 meters in length, the 59 Sport is a fast center-console day cruiser with a top speed of 25 knots and a range of up to 229 nautical miles. The expansive deck layout is designed for socializing, while below deck there are two cabins for up to four guests. Built entirely from carbon fiber, the yacht delivers strength with reduced weight. Like the 45 Sport, the 59 Sport is available for customization and is currently in production.

The Sialia 45 Sport’s debut at Cannes highlights the growing appeal of electric performance yachts that balance speed, range, and sustainability. With the 45 Sport and the larger 59 Sport both in production, Sialia is strengthening its position in the expanding market for high-performance electric day boats.
