- Triple-deck design with distinct exterior profile
- Flybridge & outdoor galley
- Attention to soundproofing and onboard safety systems
Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.6m beam and a 1.95m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 238 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the first yacht built on the X96 Triplex design. Launched in July 2021 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months.
Exterior Design
Soleil’s profile carries the sleek, sporty DNA of the Extra range, with long flowing lines and large glazed surfaces that bring light deep into the interior while emphasising her dynamic stance. The X96 Triplex platform integrates the flybridge into the superstructure, giving the yacht a clean, streamlined outline without the step-up bulk of a raised bridge.
A generous swim platform sits low at the stern, dropping to water level for easy access and equipped with a tender lift rated to 800kg. The flybridge itself is arranged for open-air living, complete with an outdoor galley, fridge, and teppanyaki grill, alongside lounging and dining areas. An awning supported by carbon-fibre poles can be deployed for shade without breaking the smooth lines of the profile.
Forward on the upper deck, the raised bow lounge offers a sheltered, elevated spot with uninterrupted views ahead. Aft, the decks are tiered with continuous glazing bands, and at the highest point the mast and domes are framed by a jacuzzi and pool, the latter set with the owner’s initial. The aft sections are kept flush and uncluttered, with integrated hatches and low, uninterrupted surfaces that reinforce the yacht’s purposeful, modern look.
Interior Design
Inside, Soleil uses a calm, neutral palette as its base, lifted with selective blue accents in soft furnishings and art. Surfaces in Statuario marble and grey stone add depth and a sense of permanence, while large windows create a bright, open feel.
The main saloon is furnished with pieces from respected Italian brands including Armani, Atlas, Minotti, Alpi, and B&B Italia, with seating set up for relaxed socialising. On the upper deck, the dining area and galley are open-plan, allowing guests to interact with the chef or take part in cooking, giving the space a more personal feel.
A single interior staircase connects the decks, maximising floor space and helping the yacht’s layout flow. It is finished to match the rest of the interior, balancing practicality with a considered design detail. Behind the scenes, soundproofing systems and redundancy in key technical equipment keep the yacht quiet, safe, and reliable.
Accommodation
At 238GT, Soleil offers space for up to 10 guests across five cabins, all with private en-suite bathrooms. The main deck master suite spans the yacht’s full beam, covering 31m² or 40m² including the bathroom. Large windows frame the view, and the palette mirrors the calm, refined feel of the rest of the yacht.
Below, two double cabins and two twins are finished to the same high standard, with soft lighting, quality linens, and thoughtful detailing. The twin cabins work well for children or friends, while the doubles suit couples.
Crew areas are laid out for a team of up to five, giving them their own comfortable quarters while enabling efficient service.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by three Volvo Penta IPS 1350 engines, Soleil reaches 17 knots and cruises at 12 knots, with an economic speed of 10 knots giving a range of 2,000nm. Fuel capacity is 13,150 litres, supporting extended cruising between refuelling stops.
Stabilisation systems reduce roll at anchor and underway, improving comfort in all conditions. Redundant systems ensure backups for all critical onboard functions, and soundproofing helps keep noise and vibration to a minimum. All automation and electrical systems exceed regulatory standards, supporting performance, reliability, and peace of mind.
