Design & Construction

Read and watch our in-depth Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63 review, based on a full tour of Biancino 3, for first-hand insight into this extraordinary high-performance yacht.

Exterior Design

Built as a collaboration between Tecnomar and Lamborghini, Biancino 3 takes the dramatic styling language of one of Italy's most famous supercar brands and translates it into a 20m (65.6ft) high-performance yacht. Rather than borrowing a few styling cues, the entire profile follows Lamborghini's design philosophy, with sharp surfaces, low proportions and strong geometric lines inspired by Marcello Gandini's iconic Miura and Countach.

The hull sits remarkably low over the water, creating a stance that feels more like a supercar than a conventional yacht. Faceted topsides, deep hull cutaways and angular air intakes create powerful shadows that change with the light, while the hardtop appears to float above the cockpit on sculptural supports. Extensive use of carbon fibre keeps weight to a minimum, helping the yacht achieve an extraordinary 60-knot top speed while giving every exterior surface a crisp, technical finish.

Despite its aggressive styling, the deck layout remains surprisingly practical. Wide side decks lead forward to a large sunpad on the bow, while the cockpit combines generous seating with a height-adjustable dining table beneath the carbon fibre and composite hardtop. A beautifully engineered carbon fibre bathing platform incorporates a folding passerelle that also serves as the boarding ladder, while integrated lockers, concealed shower and dedicated storage for the pair of Seabobs keep the deck free from clutter.

Interior Design

The Italian Sea Group, through its Tecnomar brand, paired Lamborghini's unmistakable design language with the practical knowledge gained from building much larger Admiral superyachts. The result is an interior that feels every bit as dramatic as the exterior but offers far more comfort than the yacht's extreme styling suggests.

Hexagonal forms, sharp creases and exposed carbon fibre appear throughout the accommodation, alongside premium leathers, Alcantara and metallic finishes. Lamborghini references extend well beyond the badges, from the shape of the air vents and cabinetry to the dashboard-inspired helm and even the door handles, which are borrowed directly from Lamborghini road cars. Soft lighting highlights the layered architecture, while the restrained colour palette keeps the interior feeling sophisticated rather than theatrical.

Practical thinking sits behind the styling. The compact galley includes generous refrigeration, a cooktop, microwave, deep sink and plenty of storage, while magnetic holders secure glassware and crockery when travelling at speed. The result is an interior that feels engineered for real use rather than simply designed to impress.

Accommodation

Biancino 3 accommodates up to four overnight guests in two cabins, with further accommodation for two crew. The layout suits weekend cruising and short breaks, but the level of comfort exceeds what many expect from a yacht capable of 60 knots.

The full-beam owner's cabin benefits from large hull windows and overhead skylights that flood the space with natural light, giving it a bright, open feel despite the yacht's low profile. Forward, the twin guest cabin offers surprisingly generous floor space, excellent headroom and direct access to the shared bathroom. Throughout both cabins, Lamborghini-inspired detailing appears in the furniture, lighting and trim without overwhelming the spaces.

Crew accommodation is accessed separately from the cockpit and provides twin bunks, storage and a private wet room, allowing discreet operation during day charters or longer weekends aboard.

Performance & Capabilities

Performance defines every aspect of Biancino 3. Twin 2,000hp MAN V12 engines produce a combined 4,000hp, delivering a comfortable cruising speed of 40 knots and a maximum speed of 60 knots. Extensive carbon fibre construction allows the yacht to qualify as an ultra-light vessel, giving the powertrain the opportunity to deliver the sort of acceleration more commonly associated with high-performance sports cars.

Unlike many modern performance yachts that rely heavily on automated systems, Biancino 3 offers a far more involved driving experience. Trim tabs are adjusted manually as speed builds, allowing the helm to fine tune the yacht's running attitude as conditions change. Combined with the deep-V hull and surface-drive propulsion, the result is a fast, highly engaging yacht that rewards an experienced driver.

Leisure & Entertainment

Although speed sits at the heart of the concept, Biancino 3 is equally well suited to spending the day at anchor. Large sunpads occupy both the foredeck and aft deck, while the sheltered cockpit provides an excellent place for lunch or evening drinks beneath the hardtop. As darkness falls, integrated lighting throughout the cockpit, bathing platform and transom transforms the yacht into a floating piece of automotive design.

A pair of Seabobs extends the fun once the anchor drops, while the generous bathing platform makes swimming and boarding simple. Whether arriving in Monaco, Cannes or Porto Cervo, few yachts attract attention quite like a Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63. Biancino 3 combines the drama of an Italian supercar with genuine yacht-building expertise, creating one of the most distinctive performance yachts of the modern era.
