Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 7.6m beam and a 2.85m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 317 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the second yacht built on the 40Alloy design. She was delivered to her owners in March 2009.
Exterior Design
Naia measures 38.5m (126.3ft) in length with a beam of 7.6m (24.9ft) and a draught of 3.1m (10.2ft). Built with a lightweight aluminium hull, she carries the signature lines of the Sanlorenzo 40Alloy series, originally drawn by Francesco Paszkowski. Her exterior design emphasizes clean geometry and integrated terraces that extend directly from both the main saloon and owner’s suite, enhancing the indoor-outdoor flow.
Her structure includes three decks, and she has a displacement of 156 tonnes. The yacht’s volume stands at 317GT, enabling a surprisingly spacious feel for her length. Deck spaces are arranged for relaxation and entertaining, with shaded lounging zones and flexible dining areas across the upper and aft decks.
Interior Design
The interior layout centres on comfort and livability, combining fixed architectural features with soft tones and a balanced sense of space. Light enters generously through large windows, particularly on the main deck where the saloon opens directly onto fold-out terraces.
The galley and service areas are integrated discreetly into the layout, preserving open-plan flow for the social zones. The helm station is positioned on the upper deck and benefits from practical finishes, including durable flooring and well-placed navigation controls.
A soft, neutral palette runs throughout, favouring pale timber finishes, refined detailing, and thoughtful lighting arrangements. Each area is designed to serve multiple functions, with spatial efficiency built into the flow of furniture and circulation.
Accommodation
The accommodation layout sleeps up to 10 guests in five cabins. The owner’s suite is located forward on the main deck and includes a private fold-out balcony that opens directly onto the sea. Below deck, there is a full-beam VIP cabin, a double cabin, and two twin cabins, each with its own en suite.
Guest cabins are arranged to maximise natural light and privacy, using calm tones and soft materials to create a restful atmosphere. Crew accommodation supports up to six personnel in dedicated quarters, ensuring professional operation and guest service during extended cruising.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 4000 M90) 2,736hp engines, motor yacht Naia is capable of reaching a top speed of 26 knots, and comfortably cruises at 22 knots. With her 30,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 979 nautical miles at 17 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
Tenders
A range of water toys is stored onboard, including a Seadoo Spark Trixx jet ski. An Axopar 37 XC Cross Cabin serves as the primary tender, well suited for exploring coves and shallow anchorages.
