Design & Construction
Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 6.15m beam and a 1.9m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 91 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Exterior Design
Nayla’s exterior design comes from Nuvolari Lenard, and the MCY 80 platform carries many of the studio’s familiar styling cues. The profile blends a sharp plumb bow with flowing superstructure lines, long stretches of glazing, and a notably extended flybridge that runs deep over the aft deck without making the yacht feel top-heavy.
One of the defining visual features is the shaped bulwark design along the hull sides. The sculpted cutouts lighten the profile visually while improving sightlines and natural light into the main deck spaces. Along the lower hull, the overlapping circular windows remain one of Monte Carlo Yachts’ most recognisable details and feed extra daylight into the full-beam owner’s suite.
The raised Portuguese bridge arrangement gives the forward profile a more substantial superyacht feel than many yachts in this size category. Forward, the bow lounge uses semicircular seating and adjustable tables that can convert between dining, lounging, and sunbathing layouts depending on the day’s setup.
Aft, the fashion plates linking the flybridge and cockpit create additional privacy while strengthening the yacht’s flowing side profile. The hydraulic swim platform improves water access and tender handling.
Up on the flybridge, Nayla has a standout space onboard. The 41m² (441ft²) deck includes modular lounge seating, sunpads, dining space, wet bar facilities, and a secondary helm beneath a carbon fibre hardtop with opening sunroof sections. The space feels open and highly social without sacrificing protection from the elements.
Interior Design
The interior design follows a contemporary Mediterranean direction with strong focus on natural light, practicality, and material quality. Nuvolari Lenard’s styling combines brushed and bleached flooring with handcrafted leather finishes, wood detailing, and natural stone surfaces. The atmosphere feels warm and understated rather than heavily decorative, which works particularly well for both private and charter use.
The main saloon combines lounge seating with a separate dining space while maintaining clear circulation between the aft cockpit, saloon, and forward guest areas. Pop-up television systems, integrated lighting features, and removable furniture sections add flexibility for owners who may wish to personalise the interior layout over time.
The galley sits on a split-level arrangement between guest and crew spaces, helping maintain privacy onboard during service. Sliding side doors beside the saloon also improve direct access to the side decks and foredeck lounge areas.
Accommodation
Nayla accommodates up to nine guests across four guest cabins, while separate quarters support a professional crew of three to four members.
The full-beam owner’s suite sits amidships and makes excellent use of the yacht’s beam. Large hull windows bring natural light into the cabin, while the layout includes a walk-in wardrobe, generous bathroom, office space, and substantial storage throughout.
The VIP cabin sits forward and offers a double-bed arrangement with en suite facilities. Two additional guest cabins operate as convertible twin or double arrangements, allowing flexibility depending on guest makeup. One of these cabins also includes an additional Pullman berth, increasing total guest capacity to nine.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MAN (D2862LE456 V12) 12-cylinder 1,650hp engines, motor yacht Nayla is capable of reaching a top speed of 31 knots, and comfortably cruises at 21 knots. With her 6,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 240 nautical miles. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
