The teaser images reveal little beyond the A125’s profile and proportions, although Arcadia has confirmed its 38m length, 299 GT volume, four-deck layout and five-cabin accommodation. The new model will sit above the 35m Arcadia A115 and is due to make its official debut at Cannes in 2028.
Arcadia A125 Introduces the Yard's Largest Yacht to Date
The new yacht spans four decks and is being developed entirely by Arcadia Yachts, which is responsible for the naval architecture as well as the exterior and interior design.
Its proportions are intended to give owners more usable space without moving the project far beyond Arcadia's established size range. The yard is placing particular emphasis on how that volume is experienced rather than simply increasing cabin numbers or adding enclosed areas.
Arcadia describes the A125 as the next stage of its "Arcadian Living" philosophy. In practical terms, that means living areas designed around natural light, broad views and easy movement around the yacht, with outdoor areas receiving a significant share of the available footprint. Privacy is also central to the general arrangement, giving guests different places to spend time away from the superyacht's larger social areas.
The teaser profile provides only limited design detail, although it indicates a near-vertical bow, an extended foredeck and a tiered aft section. The top-down view also points to substantial exterior deck areas around the superstructure. Arcadia has not yet published a beam, draft, propulsion package, speed figures or range.
Inside the Arcadia A125's Five-Cabin, 299 GT Layout
The standard A125 layout will accommodate 10 guests across five cabins. Arcadia says alternative arrangements may also be considered according to individual owner requirements. Crew accommodation is planned for seven people in four cabins.
The focus on space is particularly relevant when the A125 is placed alongside the existing flagship. The Arcadia A115 measures 34.99m with a gross tonnage of 266 GT, with accommodation for 10 guests in five cabins as standard and an optional six-cabin arrangement. The A125 therefore does not simply use its greater volume to raise the guest count. Instead, Arcadia is directing the extra capacity toward larger living areas, circulation and different levels of privacy.
Arcadia was established to fill a gap that the market does not fully interpret – the desire to enjoy life at sea in more spacious surroundings, with greater naturalness, freedom and a deeper connection with the environment. A125 is the result of this idea, which it projects into the future.
Founder and CEO
Arcadia Yachts
Founder and CEO Ugo Pellegrino described the A125's greater dimensions as a way for the yard to develop its established ideas further rather than treat size as an end in itself. His comments at Cannes centered on creating more room for owners to live naturally on board and maintaining a strong relationship with the surrounding marine environment.
Where the A125 Fits Within the Current Arcadia Yacht Range
The 29m A96 is one of the yard's most important recent models, with a fourth hull launched in June 2026. Below it, the 24m A80 became Arcadia's first raised pilothouse yacht and offers accommodation for 10 guests in five cabins, with the third unit launched in July 2026.
At the top of the range, the A115 has served as Arcadia's flagship for more than a decade. The new 38m A125 will move beyond it in both length and volume, becoming the yard's first model above 35m and establishing a new upper end for the Arcadia fleet.
Arcadia is treating the Cannes 2026 reveal as an early preview, with propulsion, performance, interior details and full specifications still to come. The A125 is scheduled to make its official debut at the 2028 Cannes Yachting Festival.
