The multi-award winning 51.7m sail yacht Q was delivered to her owners in 2008 by New Zealander shipyard Alloy Yachts. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Dubois, while Reymond Langton Design is responsible for her interior design.

Design & Construction

Designed around an aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 10.3m beam and a 5.08m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 407 GT (Gross Tonnes).

The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.

Accommodation

Q offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 9 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by 1 x diesel Caterpillar (3412E) 1,200hp engines, motor yacht Q is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 38,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 7,200 nautical miles at 10 knots.

Amenities

Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Q also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off.
