Designed by Philippe Briand under the Vitruvius banner with interiors by Enrico Gobbi and naval architecture also by Briand, the Rossinavi yacht was delivered in 2023 and has since become one of the yard’s most recognized full-custom builds. She notably won 'Motor Yacht of the Year' in 2024 at The World Superyacht Awards.
Lasata’s interiors follow a calm palette shaped around bleached oak, travertine, and textured leathers, creating a spa-like environment that matches the owner’s brief for quiet, open spaces. Gobbi’s approach favors tactile detail over embellishment, which can be seen throughout the main deck and in the yacht’s sculptural glass staircase. The staircase, built without a traditional casing or trunk, forms the visual center of the yacht and required significant engineering work during construction to meet fire safety standards.
The main saloon includes a dining table with laser-cut marquetry patterns inspired by water droplets. Rollable OLED screens are integrated into furniture, maintaining clear sightlines and preventing visual clutter. A key feature is the 28 square meter galley by Marrone, fitted to support three chefs for private use or charter service. The saloon’s backlit wine wall holds more than 200 bottles, providing a focal point during evening gatherings.
Lasata’s exterior was drawn by Vitruvius using Briand’s signature low-volume, long-waterline approach. Three decks rather than four create clean proportions and reduce the visual height of the superstructure. Long, straight lines and a flat sheer give the yacht a settled presence on the water, with Briand noting that the design follows a “nothing left to take away” philosophy.
The foredeck remains uncluttered due to the concealed mooring gear and hidden rescue tender. This leaves the full deck available for guest use. Across the yacht, outdoor areas reach 332 square meters, spread between the main deck aft, upper deck terraces, and the sundeck. The sundeck supports a panoramic spa pool, dining space, and an outdoor cinema screen that drops down for evening film viewing.
The motor yacht accommodates 12 guests in six cabins arranged across three decks. The main deck holds the full-beam owner’s suite, built around the requirement for an uninterrupted view from the cabin straight through the yacht and out to the water. This shaped major structural decisions, including the placement of the staircase and the removal of traditional partitions.
Lasata runs on a diesel-electric system powered by twin Caterpillar C32 engines and modular Caterpillar generators. Twin Veth pods work with Rossinavi’s Zero Noise technology to lower sound and vibration levels by several decibels. Both engines and generators sit on a double cradle that absorbs movement, contributing to the quiet operation inside.
Lasata's last known asking price is unknown.
