Delivered in 2021, Africa One is a 35m motor yacht built by Italian shipyard Azimut. She features exterior design by Stefano Righini and interior styling by Achille Salvagni.
Design & Construction
Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.5m beam and a 1.91m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 269 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in early 2019. This was the eighteenth yacht built on the Grande 35 Metri design. Launched in June 2021 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in June 2021.
Accommodation
Africa One offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 VIP cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 2000 M93) 2,600hp engines, motor yacht Africa One is capable of reaching a top speed of 26 knots, and comfortably cruises at 21 knots. With her 18,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 350 nautical miles. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
