Design & Construction
Designed around a deep vee GRP hull and superstructure she features a 6.98m beam and a 2.01m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 168 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the twelfth yacht built on the Azimut 100 Leonardo design.
Exterior Design
Intervention is a 30.75m (100.9ft) Azimut 100 Leonardo with exterior styling by Stefano Righini, and the yacht carries the low, aggressive profile that made the model one of Azimut’s most recognisable fast flybridge designs. The superstructure sits slightly aft over the hull, which gives Intervention a stretched, forward-driving stance even at rest. Dark hull paint contrasts against the white upper decks and emphasises the yacht’s long sweeping lines.
Large curved sections of frameless glazing dominate the profile. The main deck windows run deep into the superstructure with very little visual interruption, while the wheelhouse carries a glazed roof panel that brings additional daylight into the helm area. From above, the yacht’s proportions become more apparent, with a fine bow entry, broad entertaining decks aft, and a flybridge hardtop that keeps the upper structure visually light.
Outdoor living forms a major part of Intervention’s layout. The foredeck works as a dedicated relaxation space with large sunpads and built-in seating recessed into the deck. Up on the flybridge, the hardtop shades a large social area with open seating, a bar, barbecue, and Jacuzzi, while the upper helm remains integrated into the guest space rather than separated from it.
One of Intervention’s defining features is the staircase linking the flybridge directly to the main salon aft. The arrangement creates a much stronger connection between interior and exterior decks and helps the yacht function more like one continuous entertaining space.
At the stern, wide sliding glass doors open the aft deck directly into the salon, while the hydraulic swim platform lowers to the water beside the tender garage. Intervention also carries TRAC stabilisers, a TRAC 16in bow thruster, hydraulic gangway, hydraulic swim platform, jet ski cradle on the flybridge, and fixed aft sea ladder.
Interior Design
Intervention’s interior by Carlo Galeazzi focuses heavily on openness, natural light, and uninterrupted views outside. The main salon benefits from oversized side glazing and large aft glass doors, so daylight moves freely through the space and keeps the interior bright throughout the day.
The salon combines lounge seating, dining, and bar areas within one long open-plan layout. Low-profile furniture preserves outward sightlines, while the dining area connects naturally with the aft deck when the doors are open. A pop-up television system keeps the room visually clean when not in use and avoids interrupting the overall layout.
The styling follows a contemporary Italian approach, with curved cabinetry, gloss finishes, pale overhead panels, and darker flooring contrasts. Stainless detailing and mirrored surfaces reflect natural light back through the room, while the broad glazing prevents the yacht from feeling enclosed despite the sporty low-profile exterior.
Forward, the wheelhouse benefits from the glazed ceiling panel integrated into the superstructure. The extra natural light softens the helm area and adds to the open feel carried throughout the yacht.
Accommodation
Intervention accommodates up to eight guests across four cabins, with additional Pullman berths allowing capacity for up to ten guests when required. Separate crew accommodation supports up to four crew members aft.
The full-beam owner’s suite sits amidships on the lower deck, where the yacht’s beam creates the widest and quietest guest area onboard. Large hull windows bring natural light into the cabin, while the layout includes a central berth, en suite bathroom, built-in storage, entertainment systems, and seating areas integrated into the room.
Forward, the VIP suite uses the yacht’s bow volume efficiently, with elevated ceiling height and additional natural light helping the space feel larger than many comparable forward cabins. The remaining guest accommodation consists of two twin cabins, both fitted with Pullman berths to increase flexibility for family cruising or additional guests.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 2000 M92) 16-cylinder 2,186hp engines, motor yacht Intervention is capable of reaching a top speed of 28 knots, and comfortably cruises at 20 knots.
Amenities
In addition, a swim platform is on hand for guests looking to cool off in the sea. Underwater lights create a dazzling light display when the sun goes down. Intervention also features an inviting spread of sunpads and deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
