Project Obsidian Blade is a 41m motor yacht due to be delivered by Turkish shipyard Aegean Yacht in 2027. Endaze Marine Engineering is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 7.4m (24ft) beam. The yacht has an internal volume of 299 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Project Obsidian Blade is widely reported as the future superyacht of Andrew and Tristan Tate. Tristran Tate has shared several tours from the build shed during construction, and renders of the yacht carry the chess knight logo associated with The Real World.
Exterior Design
The 41m (134.5ft) steel yacht carries a sharp wave-piercing bow, high topsides and a compact aluminium superstructure, while restrained glazing and circular portholes give the profile a distinctly naval character. Narrow horizontal windows and circular portholes replace the full-height glass found on many modern yachts, giving the 299GT platform a distinctive naval character while preserving privacy throughout the accommodation.
The general arrangement makes equally practical use of the exterior decks. The aft deck has been designed first as a working space, carrying two large tenders athwartships during passage before converting into an open entertainment terrace once they have launched. Fold-down bulwarks increase the available deck area around the beach club, while twin staircases provide direct access to the deck above without interrupting the aft entertaining space.
Forward, the owner has devoted almost the entire foredeck to guest use. A plunge pool sits right in the bow, surrounded by sunpads and informal seating, while the upper deck centres on a dining table for ten, a full-service bar and separate lounging areas fore and aft. Rather than concentrating everyone in one location, the layout creates several distinct outdoor spaces that can operate independently throughout the day.
Interior Design
Riza Tansu's interior adopts a warm beach-house style built around natural timber, stone and soft neutral tones. The emphasis falls on proportion and daylight, with large glazed openings allowing the main saloon and dining area to borrow light from both sides of the yacht while maintaining uninterrupted views across the water.
The arrangement also reveals a layout designed for straightforward circulation. The main saloon flows naturally into the dining area, while the central staircase links all three decks without dominating the interior. Service routes remain separate through a dedicated crew galley, and a short passage forward leads from the guest spaces to the owner's suite, allowing the principal accommodation to remain private without becoming isolated from the rest of the yacht.
Accommodation
Project Obsidian Blade accommodates up to 12 guests across six suites. The full-beam owner's suite occupies the forward end of the main deck, where it benefits from maximum beam, a private office, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom.
Five further guest suites occupy the lower deck, arranged around a central corridor that keeps every cabin within easy reach of the main staircase. Crew accommodation and technical spaces sit aft around the engine room, allowing crew to reach the working aft deck directly without passing through guest areas.
