The Xtender 6.2m is a custom versatile rescue tender for any yacht. Her lay-out is meant to provide enough deck space and storage, yet allowing to accommodate 10 passengers and 2 crew. The tender combines neat looks with robust construction that will withstand the roughest conditions.
The self-righting system is based on an external frame with an inflatable balloon. Optionally the frame can folded down for storage.
Another option is a concealed righting-balloon, stored in the extended engine box, to achieve a cleaner look and save weight.
Combined with a Yanmar V4 engine, the lightweight hull is easy to navigate in all conditions reaching the speed of 40+ knots. The high sharp bow improves protection from the waves and guarantees a safe drive, hereby eliminating one of the main concerns among the crew and the guests. Helmsman’s seat can be transformed into a bolster by pivoting the backrest.
