Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 7m beam and a 2.2m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 279 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Exterior Design
One of the notable exterior features is the aft deck. This area offers guests an expansive outdoor lounge, perfect for social gatherings or solitary relaxation, complemented by a bathing platform for seamless access to the water.
The yacht's profile maintains a balanced aesthetic, with a long foredeck that leads to a raised pilothouse, providing a commanding view for navigation. The flybridge above is spacious, equipped with a secondary helm station, ample seating, and a dedicated bar and barbecue area, all designed for entertainment and enjoyment of the open air. Additional sun lounging options are available on the flybridge, with a hot tub that was integrated post-rebuild, replacing the original tender storage location.
Sea Class's side decks are functional in nature, intended primarily for crew access to the foredeck. While narrower in design to maximize interior volume, they allow for safe and efficient movement around the vessel. The foredeck itself includes a sun pad and additional seating, offering a quiet retreat for guests who prefer the privacy and motion experienced at the bow.
Interior Design
Upon entering the main saloon, guests are welcomed by an interior that is both spacious and well-appointed. The refurbishment included new headlining, carpets, and soft furnishings to refresh the space. The saloon is bathed in natural light, thanks to the generous windows, creating an inviting ambiance suitable for social gatherings or tranquil relaxation.
The dining area is an extension of this ethos, with a sizeable table that accommodates guests in an elegant setting. This area is well-suited for formal meals or casual dining experiences, offering a versatile space for various occasions.
Adjacent to the dining area is a dedicated bar, equipped with a wine cooler and an ice maker, ensuring that refreshments are conveniently at hand. The bar area is a newer addition to the vessel, enhancing the yacht's capability to host and entertain.
The pilot house is organized to provide the captain and crew with the necessary tools for safe and precise voyaging. The helm is outfitted with multifunction displays, engine controls, and thruster controllers, all arranged for ease of access and visibility. A separate seating area allows guests or crew to observe navigation operations without intruding on the working space.
Accommodation
Sea Class features six well-appointed cabins that can accommodate up to 11 guests. The owner's suite is the most spacious cabin on the yacht, offering a full beam layout that maximizes the space available. It is equipped with a large bed and features an extensive walk-in closet for ample storage. The en suite bathroom includes a toilet, a sink, and a shared shower compartment with dual shower heads, ensuring privacy and convenience.
The VIP cabin offers guests a double bed, a desk or dressing table, storage solutions, and an en suite bathroom equipped with a large shower. The cabin is designed to be a comfortable retreat for guests onboard.
In addition to the VIP cabin, there are two double cabins, each providing a cozy sleeping area, storage space, and private en suite facilities. The yacht also features two twin cabins, suitable for guests who prefer single beds. These cabins are equally well-appointed with en suite bathrooms and storage options.
Crew accommodations are located separately, ensuring privacy for both guests and crew members. The crew quarters include a mess area and cabins with en suite bathrooms. The crew area is designed for functionality and efficiency, providing the crew of up to seven with the necessary space to perform their duties effectively.
Performance & Capabilities
Sea Class is powered by a pair of MTU 12V 2000 engines, each producing 1,635 horsepower. These engines are a critical component of the yacht's impressive performance, enabling Sea Class to reach speeds in excess of 20 knots, with a cruising range that is both flexible and efficient. At a cruising speed of 10 knots, the yacht boasts an impressive 5,000-mile range, a testament to its engineering and design.
The vessel's mechanical systems also include state-of-the-art stabilizers to ensure guest comfort by minimizing the yacht's roll while underway or at anchor. This feature is particularly noteworthy, as it enhances the onboard experience, providing stability and serenity throughout the journey.
In addition to the engines and stabilizers, Sea Class is equipped with modern generator sets, air conditioning systems, and a water maker.
Amenities
In addition, a swim platform provides easy access to the ocean. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Heron also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off and an inviting spread of sunpads.
