The 40m sail yacht 4K was delivered to her owners in 2002 by German shipyard Abeking & Rasmussen. The yacht's refined interiors have been crafted by Winch Design, while her exteriors have been penned by Bill Tripp.

Design & Construction

Designed around a kevlar/carbon/epoxy hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 8.38m beam and a 5.9m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 188 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Accommodation

4K offers accommodation for up to 6 guests in 3 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 5 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Special Features

The carbon rig and furling boom combine ease of sailing with performance. The sail plan has a 160' masthead rig with a non-overlapping jib and high roach main sail. The deck plan features a low pilothouse on a flush deck with hidden captive winches, flush hatches, and under-deck sheets.
