Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.62m beam and a 1.98m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 276 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the first yacht built on the CC115 design. She was delivered to her owners in September 2018.

Exterior Design

Adagio is a Horizon CC115 with the scale and beam the yard is known for, but her custom deck layout gives her a more personal twist. The all-white hull and superstructure are cut through with long black window bands, so the profile looks clean rather than heavy. Teak decks add warmth, while the large hardtop, high bow and broad flybridge make clear this is a 35m (115ft) yacht built around family use and long days outside.

The stern is set up for easy water access, with a hi-lo platform that can launch tenders or sit low for swimming. Small retractable tables add a neat touch at water level, giving guests somewhere to sit with a drink after a swim. Above, the aft cockpit has a large shaded dining area under a deep overhang.

The flybridge is one of Adagio’s strongest outdoor spaces. It has a hidden helm, a hardtop with an opening section, a bar with sink, barbecue, fridge drawer and ice makers, plus dining and lounging zones. Aft poles support extra shade when needed. Forward, the split foredeck works as a family theatre area, with tiered sunpads, seating, a screen and projector. Wing stations help with close-quarters handling, while the semi-displacement hull gives Adagio a top speed of 17 knots and a 12-knot cruise.

Adagio features a striking white and black exterior, teak decking, and is designed for both aesthetics and performance, comfortably reaching speeds up to 17 knots.

Interior Design

Adagio’s interior takes a calm, pared-back route rather than the dark gloss look often found on yachts of this size. The main saloon has pale tones, clean lines and full-height windows on each side, with sliding sections that open the room to the sea air. The result is a light, quiet space with a real sense of breadth.

Entertainment has been built in without taking over the room. Two TV screens drop down from the ceiling when needed, then fold away to keep the saloon clean and uncluttered. A bar area adds a wine cooler, fridge and ice maker, while simple artwork reinforces the yacht’s low-key feel.

Forward, the galley is a serious working space, with stainless steel finishes, strong refrigeration, pantry space and a side-deck door for crew access. It can serve guests without disrupting the saloon, but it is finished well enough to feel part of the yacht rather than a back-of-house zone. The helm uses modern Garmin screens, with clear sightlines through the forward-raked windows.

Accommodation

Adagio sleeps up to 10 guests in five suites. The owner’s cabin has a large bed, walk-in wardrobes, a dressing table by the windows and a generous ensuite with twin sinks, rainfall shower and separate toilet area. Storage is a strong point, with doors worked cleanly into the room so the space stays tidy.

The guest layout includes two aft cabins with matching plans, each with storage, dressing space and an ensuite. Further guest cabins include twin beds and Pullman berths, which give the yacht more flexibility for families.

Crew quarters are well planned for up to six crew. Two main crew cabins sit forward, each with its own ensuite, while a third crew cabin lies further aft. A current playroom could be changed back into a further crew cabin if required. The crew area also has a large galley, laundry, mess space and direct access routes that help service run without crossing guest areas.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C32 ACERT) 1,600hp engines running at 2300rpm, motor yacht Adagio is capable of reaching a top speed of 17 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 21,009 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,500 nautical miles at 12 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.

With amenities like a fully equipped bar, expansive dining areas, floor-to-ceiling windows, and luxurious cabins for up to 10 guests, yacht Adagio is set up for an unparalleled ocean experience.
