The 27.6m motor yacht Akua was delivered to her owners in 2008 by Italian shipyard Sanlorenzo. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Francesco Paszkowski Design, while Sanlorenzo is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.05m beam and a 1.9m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 111 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the second yacht built on the SD92 design. She was completed at Sanlorenzo's La Spezia yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in July 2008.

Accommodation

Akua offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising an owners cabin located on the main deck, 1 VIP cabin and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 4 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MAN (D 2842 LE 422) 12-cylinder 1,090hp engines running at 2100rpm, motor yacht Akua is capable of reaching a top speed of 17 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 16,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,600 nautical miles. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.

Amenities

In addition, a swim platform provides easy access to the ocean. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort.
