Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 8.14m beam and a 2.29m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 348 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the ninth yacht built on the Navetta 42 design. Launched in November 2022 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months.
Exterior Design
The 41.8m (137.1ft) Custom Line Navetta 42 Future uses a tri-deck layout with a semi-displacement hull, and her profile is defined by long horizontal glazing and a clean, stepped superstructure. Zuccon’s design keeps the lines low and stretched, while the dark glass bands contrast against the white hull to sharpen the overall look.
Outdoor space is spread across all decks, and each level serves a clear purpose. The main deck aft forms a large social terrace with deep seating and direct access into the salon, so the inside and outside read as one continuous area. Wide side decks lead forward to a foredeck lounge, which is kept open and uncluttered.
Up on the sundeck, the layout centres on leisure. A bar, open seating, and sunpads are arranged around a forward Jacuzzi, while the hardtop provides partial shade. The space remains open aft, so it can shift between sunbathing and casual gatherings without fixed barriers.
At the stern, the beach club sits just above the waterline, and it connects to a swim platform for easy access. A dedicated tender garage keeps toys out of sight, so the aft areas stay focused on guest use rather than storage
Interior Design
Future’s interior follows a contemporary style by Zuccon International Project, and it relies on wide glazing and clean lines to create a bright, open feel. The main salon uses large windows to bring in natural light, and the layout runs from a lounge area aft into a formal dining space forward without interruption.
Furnishings introduce stronger colour accents against a neutral base, so the space feels warm without becoming heavy. The arrangement keeps circulation simple, and the connection to the aft deck remains clear through sliding doors.
Accommodation
Future accommodates up to 10 guests across five cabins and a crew of 9.
The owner’s suite sits on the main deck, and it benefits from elevated views and separation from guest cabins. On the lower deck, four VIP cabins provide equal-standard accommodation, each with its own en suite.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C32 ACERT V12) 12-cylinder 1,469hp engines, motor yacht Future is capable of reaching a top speed of 16 knots, and comfortably cruises at 13 knots. She has a maximum range of 3,000 nautical miles at 10 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
