Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and a carbon fibre superstructure she features a 7.5m beam and a 1.97m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 279 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the third yacht built on the Grande 36M design.
Exterior Design
With her sleek, sculpted lines and cutting-edge hull technology, H brings together refined Italian styling and thoughtful practicality. Built on Azimut’s advanced D2P (Displacement-to-Planing) GRP hull, the yacht benefits from a shallow 1.9m (6.2ft) draft and a bulbous bow, delivering strong performance and stability whether cruising efficiently or reaching speeds over 20 knots. The hull design also contributes to up to 30% improved fuel efficiency compared to traditional forms, and an extensive use of carbon fibre throughout the superstructure helps reduce overall emissions and weight.
The exterior layout has been carefully planned around guest enjoyment and movement, with a distinctive focus on creating uninterrupted flow between areas. The upper deck features a semi-walkaround design, running level from bow to stern without steps or obstructions. This creates three distinct outdoor areas: the aft section hosts a pair of large sunbeds and a starboard-side wet bar; midships, the skylounge opens fully to form a central indoor-outdoor entertainment zone; and forward, guests will find a generous lounge and al fresco dining area, flanked by wide sunpads and a Jacuzzi perfectly positioned for sea breezes and views while underway.
The bridge deck is an entertainer’s dream, fully on one level and walkaround from end to end. A spacious alfresco dining area, large sunbeds, and a full-service bar are complemented by effortless access to the interior skylounge. The sundeck completes the offering with oversized sunpads forward, shaded seating beneath the hardtop, and a well-equipped gym at the aft end.
Down at sea level, H features a beach club that keeps guests close to the water in comfort. Unlike many shaded setups, this space is open and inviting - ideal for lounging or stepping onto the tender.
Interior Design
Inside, the collaboration between Achille Salvagni and Paula Herbert Studio brings together sculptural detailing, bespoke craftsmanship, and soft natural textures. From the moment you enter the main salon, there’s a sense of openness and calm. Floor-to-ceiling windows run the length of the space, drawing in natural light and uninterrupted ocean views. The palette is refined and contemporary, with Minotti furnishings chosen for both elegance and comfort. A unique marble dining table adds a tactile centrepiece to the formal dining area.
The layout supports a relaxed, intuitive lifestyle onboard. Furniture and bulkheads are gently curved, softening transitions and enhancing the feeling of space. The upper deck’s sky lounge is a standout feature, designed to function as a media lounge depending on preference. Whichever setup is chosen, guests enjoy sweeping views through windows that can open entirely, maintaining that seamless connection to the outside.
Accommodation
H comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests in five well-appointed cabins, with design and volume rarely seen in the 35–40 metre segment. The standout is the owner’s suite, set forward on the main deck and occupying the full beam. Floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides bring in panoramic views, while the central walkaround bed, desk, and private lounge area offer a personal retreat. The suite also includes his-and-hers bathrooms, a large walk-in wardrobe, and an abundance of natural light that enhances the sense of space.
On the lower deck, two VIP cabins are arranged athwartships with double beds and large windows, while two additional twin cabins provide further guest accommodation. Each stateroom comes with its own ensuite bathroom, generous wardrobe space, and an understated elegance that runs throughout the yacht.
Crew quarters are thoughtfully designed to support a team of up to six. Accommodation is arranged across four cabins: a single cabin for the captain, two twin-bunk cabins with ensuite showers, and one further single cabin with its own bathroom. Forward, there’s also a spacious crew mess and an optional additional berth that can be used flexibly depending on staffing needs.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V2000M86) 2,200hp engines, motor yacht H is capable of reaching a top speed of 22 knots, and comfortably cruises at 18 knots. With her 19,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,400 nautical miles at 18 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
