Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 11m beam and a 2.26m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 496 GT (Gross Tonnes).

The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. RAJA² is the third Admiral S-Force 55 after the 2020 yacht GECO and the 2023 yacht SILVER STAR I.  Launched in February 2025 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in June 2025.

Exterior Design

Raja² spans five decks and is built in aluminium alloy, giving her a sleek profile with strong, modern lines. The sundeck makes clever use of her relatively narrow beam, opening up a large aft section that can be arranged with freestanding furniture. The hardtop is designed with an open perimeter rather than enclosed glass, allowing daylight to flood in and lending the whole area a bright, breezy feel. A hot tub is set into the deck with a distinctive glass panel feature, while bar stools with marble tops are tucked neatly into the bar area. The bar itself is integrated within the sides of the hardtop, so the overall look stays clean and uncluttered.

Forward, the foredeck is arranged for flexible use, with space for lounging, sunbathing, and shaded relaxation. Teak decking here is etched with an “H”, marking out the touch-and-go helipad. The deck curves out from the hull to form two fixed balconies that are particularly striking when viewed from above.

Beneath this circular foredeck sits the tender garage, large enough to house jet skis and the main tender. This layout leaves the aft section open for a beach club and additional crew accommodation. The open aft deck also carries more sunbathing space, deliberately left without a canopy to make the most of the sun.

The Portuguese bridge, set just ahead of the wheelhouse, incorporates a wet bar to support guest service. Crew access doors on each side of the bridge, along with wing stations, ensure clear sightlines for the skipper when manoeuvring. Large curved glass panels run along the side decks outside the upper saloon, drawing light into the interior.

On the main deck, boarding gates on both sides simplify dockside access. The transom is extended with a teak platform that rises visually up the stern, complemented by benches at water level fitted with glass panels for sheltered sea views. Close by, lockers for Seabobs and a day head serve guests using the water toys, with machinery access through a central door.

Dining and lounging areas are spread across the external decks, including a main outdoor dining space with seating for twelve, a lounge, and a bar. Sunbathing zones, the helipad deck, and the beach club further extend the yacht’s open-air appeal.

Interior Design

The main saloon is the social heart of the yacht, laid out for relaxation with a large television discreetly recessed into the bulkhead. A central staircase links all decks, framed by a smoked-glass partition that adds definition without blocking light. Sliding doors connect the saloon to the bar area, allowing the space to be opened up or closed off to suit the moment.

The galley is positioned to serve both guests and crew efficiently, with direct links to the crew quarters for smooth service. Forward partition doors can be closed to maintain privacy between the guest areas and the working side of the yacht.

The interior design is the work of The Italian Sea Group’s Style Centre, which blends bold lines, maximalist touches, and a sense of casual elegance. Contrasting finishes are combined deliberately, with surfaces that might appear at odds brought together into a cohesive, confident scheme.

Materials vary widely across spaces: Carrara Gioia marble is used extensively, often with Bardiglio marble perimeter detailing. Other marbles include Port Laurent, Marquina, and Carrara Gold with bush-hammered finishes. Panel treatments range from lacquered surfaces with boiserie detailing to dome panels in faux leather or mirror-look finishes. Woodwork includes light and dark oak, Canaletto walnut in gloss and brushed bronze finishes, and moka oak with cerused textures. Antiqued mirrors, ribbed marble treatments, and upholstered panels further enrich the palette. Integrated marble sinks are a consistent feature across bathrooms, paired with panels in sand, moka, and walnut finishes.

Accommodation

Raja² accommodates twelve guests in six cabins. The owner’s suite sits forward on the main deck, offering privacy, elevated views, and a full bathroom and dressing area. On the lower deck, a generous VIP cabin with en suite and dressing space is complemented by two double staterooms and two twin cabins, each with its own bathroom.

Crew are equally well provided for, with quarters for twelve arranged across five cabins, all with bathrooms. The captain has a separate cabin with its own bathroom close to the wheelhouse. This separation of guest and crew zones ensures privacy and efficient service.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (CAT 32 Acert) 1,900hp engines running at 2300rpm, motor yacht RAJA² is capable of reaching a top speed of 18 knots, and comfortably cruises at 16 knots. With her 64,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,500 nautical miles at an economic speed of 10 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
