The yacht is the inaugural unit of the Maiora 36 Exuma series. Represented by IYC and Next Yacht Group, the transaction was handled by Global Managing Partner Michel Chryssicopoulos and Sales Consultant Costas Dimopoulos.
Built by the Italian shipyard Maiora at the Fipa Group facility, this Maiora yacht is part of the yard’s next-generation performance line. Her striking explorer-style exterior was drawn by Quartostile, while the refined, contemporary interior was created by Acube Design. Naval architecture and structural design were carried out in-house by Maiora.

The interior of the superyacht combines clean, modern lines with soft textures and a soothing neutral palette. Acube Design has balanced premium finishes with large windows that allow natural light to fill the saloons and guest spaces. Expansive glazing in the main saloon enhances the yacht’s open-plan feel, connecting guests with the surrounding seascape. A standout feature is the sky lounge, which is climate-controlled but can be fully opened up to transform into an airy alfresco space.

Quartostile’s exterior styling gives the yacht a purposeful, explorer-inspired profile with dynamic lines and generous outdoor areas. The sundeck is equipped with sunpads, an outdoor bar, and a Jacuzzi, while the aft deck and upper terraces offer ample space for dining and relaxation.

Additional features such as underwater lights, bow thruster, and both underway and at-anchor stabilizers support comfort and performance across a wide range of sea conditions, underscoring the versatility on board the yacht as both a fast cruiser and a luxurious retreat.

The motor yacht accommodates up to 10 guests in five suites. The layout includes a full-beam owner’s suite, two VIP staterooms, and two double cabins, one of which includes a Pullman berth. Crew quarters provide space for five staff across three cabins, including a captain’s cabin.

Powered by three MAN 12V 2000 diesel engines producing 2,000 hp each, the yacht reaches a top speed of 32 knots and cruises comfortably at 20 knots. Her fuel capacity of 21,500 liters gives her a range of 650 nautical miles at cruising speed, with a more efficient long-range option available at 10 knots. Propulsion is via water jets, which offer reduced draft, increased manoeuvrability, and a quieter ride.

According to YachtBuyer Market Watch, the world's largest yacht database, the first Maiora 36 Exuma yacht was last asking €20,300,000.
The first Maiora 36 Exuma will be on display at both the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival and the 2025 Monaco Yacht Show.
