  • Foldable balconies and beach club
  • Full-beam 90 sqm owner’s suite
  • Sundeck pool with bar

Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 10.6m beam and a 3.25m draft. The yacht is built over 4 decks with an internal volume of 1,450 GT (Gross Tonnes).

The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.

Exterior Design

Project Primo stretches 73m (239.5ft) and carries the unmistakable Admiral Fleet signature through her clean, architectural lines and strong sense of proportion. Built in steel with an aluminium superstructure, her profile by The Italian Sea Group’s Centro Stile combines a purposeful bow with a tiered, sculptural superstructure. The sheerline runs long and unbroken, with generous horizontal glazing that accentuates her length and brings a near-continuous band of light to the interior decks.

In profile, the yacht’s stance is assertive and graceful, with smooth transitions between decks and well-balanced overhangs that soften her athletic form. Large expanses of dark glass contrast with the pale hull, highlighting the main and upper decks while keeping the silhouette light and modern. The radar arch and twin domes crown the sundeck with a technical, almost architectural precision that matches the overall composition.

The main deck aft opens into a wide terrace that flows straight into the main saloon through sliding glass panels, with foldable balconies to port and starboard expanding the footprint over the water. The upper deck offers further open-air dining and lounging spaces alongside a cocktail bar enclosed by floor-to-ceiling windows, while the sundeck above stretches the full beam of the yacht with a pool, sun bar, and ample lounging zones.

At the stern, the beach club includes a fold-down swim platform that forms a private waterside lounge, complete with gym and spa areas inside.

Accommodation

Project Primo accommodates up to 12 guests in six staterooms. The main deck is home to a 90sqm (968.8sqft) owner’s suite that stretches across the full beam, offering a private retreat with its own lounge and sea views through the large side windows. The remaining guest cabins are arranged across the lower deck, each designed with the same attention to light, proportion, and material detail as the owner’s area.

The lower deck also houses a beach club that blends wellness and leisure facilities. It includes a gym, sauna, and massage room, all opening onto the foldable balconies for a breezy waterside atmosphere. Crew accommodation totals nine cabins, providing living space for up to 20 crew members including the captain.

Performance & Capabilities

Motor yacht Project Primo is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 10 knots. She has a maximum range of 5,000 nautical miles at 10 knots.
