Design & Construction
Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.39m beam and a 2.38m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 236 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in mid 2012. This was the eleventh yacht built on the Predator 115 design. She was delivered to her owners in November 2013.
Exterior Design
Ever East is a 35m (115ft) Sunseeker 115, built in 2013 with a profile that still reads as modern thanks to strong proportions and extensive glazing. The raised pilothouse layout creates a clear hierarchy between guest areas and operational zones, while preserving generous exterior deck space across all levels.
Side balconies off the main saloon add a strong indoor-outdoor link. When deployed at anchor, these platforms widen the usable deck area and bring light and airflow deep into the main living space. Forward, the bow is arranged as a dedicated lounging zone with sunpads, seating, and optional shade points integrated into the deck, making it a natural spot underway or at anchor.
The flybridge is a major social deck, arranged with dining, bar service, cooking facilities, and a large spa pool positioned aft. A hardtop with a sliding fabric section allows the space to shift easily between open-air and shaded use. Twin helm seating forward provides a commanding view, supported by a secondary helm position for close-quarters manoeuvring.
Interior Design
The interior has been reworked to create a lighter, more contemporary feel compared to the original delivery specification. Dark flooring has been replaced with lighter finishes, and sections of timber paneling have been softened with upholstered surfaces to reduce visual weight and improve acoustic comfort.
American oak and walnut tones are balanced with neutral upholstery, stitched detailing, and refreshed soft furnishings throughout. Bentley-style stitched upholstery appears across seating and detailing, tying the refit together visually. Large windows wrap around the main deck, keeping the saloon bright and outward-looking.
The main saloon is arranged as an open entertaining space, with lounge seating aft and the dining area positioned forward. Storage for tableware and service items is built into surrounding cabinetry, keeping the room clean and uncluttered. A day head sits conveniently off the main circulation route.
The galley is positioned forward on the main deck and designed as both a working space and a social hub. Extensive counter space, a central island, walk-in pantry, and forward seating allow the galley to function as an informal gathering area without interrupting service flow.
Accommodation
Ever East accommodates 10 guests across five cabins, with the main deck dedicated to the owner’s suite and four guest cabins located on the lower deck.
The full-beam owner’s suite sits forward on the main deck and benefits from large windows, refreshed soft furnishings, new carpets, and updated window treatments. Storage is generous, with walk-in wardrobes on both sides. The en suite is arranged with twin basins, a large central shower, and separate WC, favouring space and practicality over a bath.
On the lower deck, four guest cabins are arranged in a subtly angled layout that softens the central passageway and improves flow. Two aft cabins mirror each other with double beds and en suite bathrooms. Forward, one cabin offers a double bed, while the other is arranged with twin beds and an additional Pullman, providing flexibility for different guest groups. All guest cabins include ample storage, en suite bathrooms, and refreshed finishes.
Crew accommodation is positioned forward, with three crew cabins for up to five, a dedicated mess area, laundry facilities, and a professional galley.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 2000 M94) 3,100hp engines, motor yacht Ever East is capable of reaching a top speed of 26 knots, and comfortably cruises at 20 knots. With her 14,100 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,250 nautical miles at 12 knots. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
Leisure & Entertainment
Ever East is laid out for relaxed hosting across multiple decks. The main saloon supports both lounging and formal dining, while the galley seating allows guests to gather informally during meal preparation.
On the flybridge, dining for large groups sits beneath the hardtop, with a removable table section that improves circulation when required. Bar service, refrigeration, grills, and prep space are arranged along one side, keeping the space functional during events.
Entertainment systems are integrated throughout the yacht, with AV equipment in all guest cabins and shared spaces. The flybridge and exterior decks are designed to remain social zones day and night, with lighting and seating arranged accordingly.
Wellness
The primary wellness feature is the flybridge spa pool, positioned aft with surrounding seating and sunbathing space. Upholstery and finishes here mirror the updated interior palette, giving the area a cohesive feel.
Stabilisation is provided by hydraulic fin stabilisers, supporting comfort both underway and at anchor. Large windows throughout the yacht improve natural light and visual calm, while upgraded climate control supports comfort in warm cruising regions.
Tenders
Ever East features a large tender garage accessed from the stern. The space is capable of carrying tenders over 5m in length, with room remaining for water sports equipment and additional storage. The current arrangement favours usable floor space over maximum tender size, though the garage volume allows flexibility.
Launch and recovery systems are integrated into the garage area, keeping the swim platform and exterior decks clear during operations.
