The 28.15m motor yacht Gelato was delivered to her owners in 2013 by British shipyard Sunseeker. Her interior design, exterior styling and naval architecture come from the drawing boards of Sunseeker's design team.
Design & Construction
Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 6.5m beam and a 2.05m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 83 GT (Gross Tonnes).
She was delivered to her owners in April 2013.
Accommodation
Gelato offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 double cabins and 1 twin cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 4 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 2000 M94) 12-cylinder 1,950hp engines, motor yacht Gelato is capable of reaching a top speed of 29 knots, and comfortably cruises at 22 knots. With her 9,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 360 nautical miles at 22 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
Amenities
In addition, a swim platform provides easy access to the ocean. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort.
