The 24.38m motor yacht Griffin was delivered to her owners in 2013 by American shipyard Hatteras. Hatteras' in-house team has created the interior and exterior design of the superyacht.
Design & Construction
Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 6.28m beam and a 1.73m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 124 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the forty-third yacht built on the Hatteras 80 design.
Accommodation
Griffin offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising an owners cabin, 1 VIP cabin, 1 double cabin and 1 twin cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 3 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C-32) 1,600hp engines, motor yacht Griffin is capable of reaching a top speed of 23 knots, and comfortably cruises at 19 knots. With her 10,819 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 400 nautical miles at 22 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
