Delivered in 2013, Southern Starx is a 31.09m motor yacht built by American shipyard Hatteras. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Hatteras.

Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 6.86m beam and a 1.8m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 180 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the first yacht built on the Hatteras 100 Raised Pilothouse design. Launched in July 2013 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months.

Accommodation

Southern Starx offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 4 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C32 ACERT) 1,900hp engines, motor yacht Southern Starx is capable of reaching a top speed of 25 knots, and comfortably cruises at 19 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
