Delivered in 2021, Our Joy is a 80'11" motor yacht built by British shipyard Princess. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Olesinski Design, while Princess is responsible for her interior design.

Design & Construction
Designed around a planing fiberglass hull and a GRP superstructure she features a 18'11" beam and a 5'10" draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 78 GT (Gross Tonnes).
She was completed at Princess' Headquarters yard in United Kingdom where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners.
Exterior Design
The 24.66m (80.9ft) Princess S78 Our Joy presents a sleek, performance-driven design with elegant exterior lines and a 5.76m (18.9ft) beam that supports three well-planned outdoor lounge areas. At the stern, the electro-hydraulic bathing platform includes a launch system for the Williams 435 tender, which is housed in the garage. A central walkway connects the platform to the cockpit, running between twin aft-facing sunpads.
The foredeck is arranged for versatility, with walk-through access to a lounging zone that includes sunpads and adjustable aft-facing seating. A matching grey sun awning with carbon-fibre poles provides shade when needed. Additional sun protection comes from an electric awning installed above the aft cockpit.
Side boarding gates on both sides complement the hydraulic gangway, giving flexible access. Underwater lighting is fitted across the transom and along both hull sides, with four white lights aft and two on each side. The sportbridge is equipped with a wetbar, barbecue, and icemaker, sheltered beneath a powered Bimini top with integrated dimmable lighting. This is matched to the rest of the exterior covers, all finished in grey canvas. A white vinyl windscreen cover is supplied in place of the standard black mesh version. Hardware includes a stainless steel anchor with a 140m chain, along with a Fortress FX125 anchor and storage bag.
Interior Design
Inside, Our Joy makes full use of natural light with expansive glazing and an electric sliding roof over the forward saloon. Satin-finished walnut cabinetry is used throughout, with worktops in organic white quartz and bathrooms finished in Carrara white. The atmosphere is modern yet warm, designed for long stays on board in comfort.
The saloon features a large TV on a powered lift and a dedicated audio system with multi-zone control and app-based streaming, present throughout all guest and crew areas. Entertainment zones are installed across the deck saloon, cabins, foredeck lounge, and sportbridge. The system includes 4G internet connectivity, an onboard Ethernet network, and CCTV coverage of the engine room and aft platform, all accessible from both helm positions.
The galley is fitted with drawer fridges, a wine cooler above the washer-dryer in the owner’s lobby, and an icemaker. A “Wash and Go 300” system adds further convenience. At the helm, there are four multifunction displays, two at each station, with control keypads, night/day navigation radar, AIS, VHF, CCTV integration, and electronic plotters. Both upper and lower helm stations benefit from joystick controls managing engines and thrusters, and a third control station is located in the cockpit.
Accommodation
Our Joy accommodates up to eight guests across four en suite cabins, with the full-beam owner’s suite positioned amidships. Accessed via a private lobby, the suite features a dedicated vanity, integrated wine storage, and a bathroom fitted with a combination toilet and bidet. Entertainment systems are discreetly built in, with independent audio and video controls for comfort and flexibility.
The guest layout includes a forward VIP cabin and two twin guest cabins to port and starboard, each with their own en suite bathrooms and climate control. The finish throughout matches the yacht’s refined interior styling, with satin walnut cabinetry and Carrara white surfaces continuing below deck.
A separate aft crew cabin is designed to accommodate two crew or occasional guests. It includes its own bathroom and a compact galley setup, complete with a fridge and microwave-grill combination. A navigation repeater display is also installed in this area, supporting day-to-day operations and safety oversight.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MAN (V12-1900) 1,900hp engines, motor yacht Our Joy is capable of reaching a top speed of 39 knots, and comfortably cruises at 25 knots. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
